The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic! It's super close to Osaka Umeda Station, Osaka Station, Hankyu Umeda, and Nishi-Umeda Station. You can even reach the hotel directly via an underground passage, which is filled with shops and restaurants!

The hotel is lovely, and the room was spotlessly clean. It's perfectly situated in a business district, surrounded by office buildings. Directly below, there's a lively underground shopping street bustling with various eateries, shops, and drug and cosmetic stores, making it ideal for anyone who loves to shop. As is common with Japanese hotels, the room was quite compact. We barely managed to fit our large suitcase, and once it was squeezed in, we had to step over it to move around the room.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, with direct access to Umeda Subway Station from its B1 level. Rooms are well-equipped and clean. The service is good, and daily housekeeping ensures everything is spotless. I would definitely book this hotel again.

The lobby is breathtakingly beautiful, truly a dream. The breakfast spread was generous and offered excellent value. The rooms were incredibly spacious, and the amenities provided were exquisite. The service was attentive and meticulous. Check-in and check-out were swift and efficient, and luggage storage was very convenient. Overall, I was thoroughly satisfied. I will definitely come back next time!

The hotel locates about 10 minutes walk from osaka jr Station and can easily accessed via the underground even in rainy weather. The staff are nice and efficient. The rooms are very clean and are reasonable sized in osaka standard at this price. We were happy with the stay there.

This is my second stay here. The hotel has a very warm and welcoming atmosphere, making it perfect for families or a trip with girlfriends. The location is incredibly convenient too; there's an airport bus stop right next door, and the Umeda shopping district is just a 5-minute walk away, which is fantastic for shopping.

This Hotel is excellent, 5min - 8min from Osaka Station, the reception is big clean, the front desk people is super friendly!! The room is quite big in City area. Me and my wife experience is excellent. A big thumbs up to this Hotel!!

Beds are harder than a rock, pillows are small, but that’s common in the Far East, We’ve been all over Thailand, most of Japan all the hotels are the same then again I am 6’6” and the wife is 6’1”

It has a good location. It has convenience store and restaurants nearby. It is around 10-15 minutes walk to the metro or JR station. The room is acceptable.

Just came back from China, the hotel is a bit small compare to China but quite efficient for the size, the location is excellent
