I've been to Japan over a dozen times, and Osaka a few times as well. I really dislike the Shinsaibashi area now, it's just too crowded with tourists. So I spent ages looking around. Umeda isn't too busy, the transportation is convenient, and it's good for shopping. I'm very picky about hotels, so I searched on various platforms for a long time, read tons of reviews, booked and canceled multiple times, and finally settled on this one. It's in Umeda, has good reviews, and the price was right – cheaper on Trip.com than other platforms. The hotel is within walking distance of several train lines, which is handy. Compared to other Japanese-style hotels, this one is quite large and has a lot of foreigners. The front desk has Chinese staff, and some who speak good English. The room windows don't open, but it comes with a humidifier, an air purifier, and very comfortable central air conditioning, plus a super cozy set of loungewear. There's a microwave and an ice machine on a dedicated floor. I think the housekeeper can clean daily, but I don't need it. When I stay at a hotel, I usually disinfect everything myself, try not to change towels if I don't have to, and clean up my own trash. I ask the housekeeper for trash bags every day. I feel it's cleaner that way. The reason I say the housekeeper can clean daily is that when I asked for trash bags, she'd confirm if I needed the room cleaned. They provide 2 bottles of water daily. However, there are two issues I consider quite significant. Firstly, walking from here to the shopping district is a bit far, especially when you're loaded with shopping bags and can't easily come back to drop things off. But there are many lockers in the subway that aren't expensive; we didn't use them because the Umeda shopping area is so confusing, it's a huge maze. Even my daughter, who has an excellent sense of direction, had to really work at finding her way and checking maps. All the malls are clumped together in different directions; I felt like it was a tangled ball of yarn. So while the hotel itself is excellent, if I come by myself next time, I definitely won't stay here. I couldn't find my way, and asking for directions didn't help either. Another major drawback is that this hotel has no washing machines, not even paid ones. For us, staying for 4 consecutive nights, this was extremely inconvenient. Overall, this is a good hotel, but it depends on what you're looking for.

The location is excellent, less than 10 minutes from Osaka Station. You don't even need to go above ground; the underground shopping street leads directly to the hotel's B1 elevator via exit C84 in the Umeda/Kitashinchi/Dojima direction. The hotel has a European princess-style theme and offers attentive Chinese-language service.

The hotel location is great .the underground tunnel has many shops and restaurants. They even open at mid night, it is right in heart of cbd. They even provide microwave and chopsticks

Breakfast options were abundant, with both Japanese and Western styles available, allowing me to choose based on my mood each day. I personally really enjoyed the Japanese breakfast; it was light yet refined, making for a pleasant start to the morning. The hotel's environment left a great impression on me; it was exceptionally clean and tidy, with absolutely no unpleasant odors, which was a huge plus. The corridors and rooms were well-maintained, making for a very comfortable and reassuring stay. The location is also a major advantage. It's very close to Osaka Station, just a few minutes' walk, which is incredibly convenient for travelers needing to take the JR or visit other cities. There's also a convenience store just dozens of meters away, so buying things at night was no problem at all. Plus, there are plenty of restaurant choices nearby, from affordable to more upscale, perfect for guests who don't want to venture far for food. Overall, this is a hotel that combines comfort, convenience, and great value for money. It's suitable for both short and slightly longer stays. If I visit Osaka again, I would definitely consider staying here.

The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic! It's super close to Osaka Umeda Station, Osaka Station, Hankyu Umeda, and Nishi-Umeda Station. You can even reach the hotel directly via an underground passage, which is filled with shops and restaurants!

Location is superb for those who are taking trains frequently as there is direct underground connection to Osaka and Osaka Umeda station. Plenty of food options too in the underground! Ideal for travellers who want to travel to USJ, Nara, Kyoto and Kobe. Cleanliness is well maintained too with daily room service and change of towels. Amenities on the basic side but with this price point and the size of room you get in Osaka is a steal.
