The hotel's location is excellent and convenient for transportation. The breakfast is delicious, and the room has a small kitchen and a washing machine (with laundry detergent provided). The staff speak good English, and I'm very satisfied.

Spacious and comfortable bed, the kitchen is compact and everything you need is available. Unfortunately while our stayed, the sauna and gym on renovation so we cannot access it. There’s an ribbon restaurant next to it and the food is great!

Great location! easy to access from Kansai airport. Cosy room with nice breakfast spread. It’s a service apartment so there is a washing machine with 2 laundry pods in the room, they do provide toothbrush and hair brush. Helpful staff with hospitality spirit. They do provide parking (chargeable JPY2000 per day) within walking distance. Convenient stores and restaurants are just at doorstep, McDonald is just across the street. Will definitely come back again.

Really appreciated the exceptional service from the coincierge and restaurant to accommodate my request for a slightly earlier breakfast, as I had to rush to get to a tour.

Daughter and I stayed a total of 7 nights in Fraser Residence Nankai Osaka. It was one of our best decisions. It's location next to Namba station was excellent. From Kansai airport, we took the airport express directly to Namba station. The hotel was just a short walk away. There were plenty of stores and eateries nearby. We were greeted by friendly staff at the reception. Narikawa san was very professional and checked us in quickly. As part of their goal to be eco friendly, for every day that we did not require room service, we were given 500yen konbini vouchers. We used them to make purchases at the Family Mart just round the corner. The room was spacious with space for our 2 large luggages. We had all the amenities we needed for our stay. Comfortable beds, washer/dryer, induction cooker, cutleries etc. Check out was at 12 noon for Fraser World members. Would definitely choose Fraser Residence Nankai Osaka the next time I come to Osaka. Thank you Fraser Residence Nankai Osaka for taking such good care of us.

The room was quite spacious for Japan, featuring a washer-dryer and even complimentary laundry detergent – a definite plus. A microwave and kitchen were also available, making it super convenient to prepare breakfast. The Nankai Electric Railway station is right across the street, providing extremely easy access to Kansai Airport. Furthermore, Namba Station, Dotonbori, and Shinsaibashi are all within comfortable walking distance. Fantastic!

Excellent location as it is right beside Namba City and Namba Park. It is also near the subway stations and Shinsaibashi. There is a convenience store 2 mins walk from the hotel. There are many claw machines and gashapon stores located along Shinsaibashi. However the claw machines located there cost 200 yen per game.

Second time staying at Fraser, same reason for choosing them again. Near the Nankai station that is across the road. There is an improvement to the breakfast provided compared to the last time i stayed there but it could be better. The regular room though small but still have ample space and it also have a mini kitchenette and washer/dryer. But i think its time for them to do some renovation to the place. Plenty of food options around.

Good location and easy access to shooping and food market where you can buy food to cook

Rooms are spacious for the location and price. Location is excellent near nankai namba station. Staff were friendly and helpful even assisting with some reservations that could only be done via phone. Breakfast area is relatively small and might need to queue to get in during peak periods. Overall good value for money
