What a surprise that Hotel Nikko Osaka is kind of 5 stars services to us . A welcome warmth anniversary chocolate gift box on the table when we walk into the room. The room might look tiny but not really I can tell that. They have smart design on the long couch sofa with ample space below , thus we can open up luggage and put under the couch sofa . So smart and Neat design! Overall service is 5 stars like . They have plenty of counter with fluent English speaking staffs . No worries for foreign who can't speak Japanese. Highly Recommend to purchase room with breakfast along . They have provide both Japanese style and Western mix Japanese style buffet at different level . We have tried both restaurants for the different breakfast days . Overall Experience is superb ! Last but not least , we managed to purchase way bus ticket from Hotel to Osaka Kansai Terminal Airport that limo bus services by the Hotel Nikko !!! So convenience for us once again !!!

Hotel Nikko Osaka truly exceeded my expectations. The moment I arrived, the service felt warm, genuine and incredibly professional. The staff handled everything with care and made the entire stay smooth and comfortable. The room was spotless, spacious and thoughtfully designed, with a beautiful city view that made every morning feel special. The location is unbeatable, sitting right above Shinsaibashi Station which makes travelling around Osaka simple and convenient. Shopping, food and major attractions are all within walking distance. Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of high-quality dishes that catered to different preferences. Everything was fresh, well presented and enjoyable. Overall, this is a fantastic hotel that delivers comfort, convenience and top-tier hospitality. I would definitely return and highly recommend Hotel Nikko Osaka to anyone visiting the city.

The room was spacious and right next to Shinsaibashi. There are two large shopping malls right outside, making it super convenient for dining and shopping. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Osaka.

The hotel's location is excellent, right across from Daimaru department store and directly above Shinsaibashi subway station. I booked the cheapest room, and the size was decent with a satisfactory view. The only drawback was some dust inside the room.

Hotel Nikko definitely deserves a great review from me! The overall quality control, service responsiveness, and efficiency are all excellent. For the price, it's incredibly good value for money in Osaka. The hotel itself is very spacious, and it's just a short walk to Daimaru department store. On the day I checked in, there was a minor issue with the curtains. I reported it to the front desk, and they promptly sent someone to fix it at the agreed-upon time, which was a nice touch! The only slight drawback was that the lobby baggage attendant wasn't very smiling, but everything else was fantastic!

Second time staying here! It's super convenient because you can access the subway station directly from the basement. However, walking above ground through the pedestrian street is even better – you can stroll all the way to Takashimaya to catch a train. The hotel is also surrounded by department stores, so it's great for shopping. Picture three shows a restaurant on B2; it's quite tasty, though the value for money is just average.

Good location, Shinsaibaishi Station just underground of this Hotel area, exit 8 from station can reach Hotel directly. Walking distance to Dotonbori shopping and many choice of food. Hotel provided Lamer lotion and shower shampoo!! Although hotel look abit old but clean!! Provide daily cleaning option, and the hotel staff are very friendly, they can always assist you if have any questions or issue. The Hotel also have direct bus to Kansai Airport T1 and T2 I can easily take bus from hotel entrance No need to do any transfer, this is good for those need to go airport with big luggage

booked this hotel because i saw there is a separate shower and room is relatively bigger than the one we stayed in our past few trips. it is also located in the city centre, connected to shinsaibashi station via exit 8. very convenient! staffs were all super friendly and helpful. there is also an airport transfer service from the hotel to kansai airport t1 & t2 which is so convenient, we didn’t have to worry about taking the train and having to lug our luggages around. will definitely be back :)
