Oh, their service is consistently good as always, and the breakfast is especially delicious. I always book this hotel specifically for the breakfast. Their restaurant is very representative of Japan. Since I was traveling with my son, I specifically chose this hotel so he could try an authentic Japanese breakfast, and he really loved it.

Satisfied. The room was spacious, and the location was convenient for getting around. The service was excellent, and everything was very clean.

I booked this hotel because a classmate recommended it, saying they always stay here when they visit Osaka. The price seemed really cheap, and it was listed as 5-star on Ctrip, so I thought I'd found a bargain. The actual room was very disappointing. It was really uncomfortable to stay in, far too small, and there was a mirror facing the bed, which was a bit spooky when getting up at night. Of course, you could say 'you get what you pay for,' but if it's truly a 5-star hotel, there should be a minimum standard, and this hotel clearly doesn't meet it. The location is ideal if you love shopping. However, my initial misunderstanding was that the airport bus from the hotel would be convenient. I only realized upon check-in that there are only three services. Our flight didn't match any of the bus times, so we ended up taking the subway and then transferring to the Nankai Line airport train. Luckily, it wasn't too crowded at the time, so public transport was relatively smooth. I definitely won't be choosing this hotel again on my next trip to Osaka.

The hotel’s location is excellent, with one of the Shinsaibashi Station exits located directly beneath the hotel, making it extremely convenient. It’s also just a short walk to the Shinsaibashi shopping district, with many luxury brand boutiques nearby. Before my stay, I requested a high-floor, quiet room through the app, and the hotel accommodated my request by assigning me a room on the 27th floor. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. After checking out, I asked one of the staff members where the pickup point would be if I booked a taxi through an app. Instead of simply giving directions, she personally accompanied me to the taxi stand on Level 1 and even spoke to the driver in Japanese to confirm my destination. This thoughtful gesture really stood out and reflected the hotel’s excellent service. The only minor downside was the pillows, which I found a little too flat for my preference. A slightly firmer or more supportive pillow would have made the stay even more comfortable. Overall, I found this hotel to offer outstanding value for money. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Osaka.

This hotel in Osaka offers incredible value for money! You'd pay double the price in Tokyo. The location is superb, right opposite all the major luxury brand stores and department stores. A young Chinese man at check-out was very enthusiastic and helpful!

The location is fantastic! Every day I woke up and just went shopping, it was incredibly convenient. The room was a bit small, but the bed was super comfortable. The hygiene was also excellent, no strange odors like some online reviews mentioned. This is definitely a hotel I'd stay at again. Oh, and you can buy direct shuttle bus tickets to the airport from the hotel, which is a huge plus!

Fantastic location! Right on the Midosuji Line, and across from Daimaru Department Store. Super convenient for shopping, dining, and getting around. It's an older hotel, so the decor is a bit dated, but the service is excellent! This time, the price was amazing, only around 600 (currency not specified, assuming JPY or CNY) on a weekday.

The location is excellent. There are plenty of shops right downstairs, and the subway station is just a short walk away, making it very convenient to get around. The breakfast is excellent, and we especially loved the Executive Lounge. We would happily stay here again.

Hotel Nikko is in a fantastic location! You can get to the lobby on the second floor right from the subway exit. Shinsaibashi is just across the street, making it super convenient for dining, accommodation, transportation, and shopping. The hotel's price isn't too high, and the facilities inside are very clean. The bedding is top-notch, absolutely superb 👍🏻. It's definitely the first choice for families with kids.

Great location, very close to the subway station and Shinsaibashi, yet still quiet and peaceful. The service was excellent, and the front desk staff spoke good English, making communication very smooth. Highly recommended! Plus, they gave us a lot of vouchers. The restaurant downstairs is good, although a bit pricey.

The hotel was surprisingly clean. Although the facilities weren't new, they were exceptionally well-maintained. We had a great stay, and the location and atmosphere were excellent. The breakfast was fantastic, and it offered great value for money!

Nikko Premium Room is worth every penny. Hotel is well established - taking the taxi is not an issue as everyone knows the hotel. western Breakfast is great too

This is my fourth time staying at Hotel Nikko Osaka. I was on the executive floor, 30th floor, and the room was quite spacious. It's conveniently close to the executive lounge on the 31st floor, which offers afternoon tea and light meals. The service was excellent, and I'm very satisfied.
