Great place to stay for a family travel! Roome size is big amoung the other hotels in Japan. The fridge is big. it's easy to cook something to eat for child. The location is aslo very convenient! only one station away from Nankai Namba. And there's also a lot of CVS and food store close to the apartment. We love it.

This was a comfortable, family friendly and convenient hotel. I’m glad I chose it for my family this trip to Osaka. Only one thing I would ask for is a sofa or a couple more comfortable seat in the room to watch TV with.

It is a nice AirBnB style hotel which provides unmanned check-in. Room was bigger than expected of a typical hotel room, and comes with washer/dryer and stove and utensils. Family was happy with the arrangement.

The room is clean and the hotel provides free cleaning service on the third day of my stay. The location is extremely convenient - it only takes 15 minutes to walk to Namba. There is a supermarket just around the corner. Overall, this was definitely a good choice for accommodations in Osaka.

This apartment hotel is definitely one of the best I’ve ever stayed with great value. Very very spacious and you will have every amenity you need. I can’t wait to come and stay again!

Location, room and amenities are pretty much as expected from earlier research. What came as the biggest surprise was during.my 5 nights stay, there was no room clean, no towel change, in fact I have not run into a single staff during my stay. I didn't expect much in terms of service, but I didn't expect none at all, even the check in process was done via email.

place is very well maintained and great for family stay! my kiddo was very thrilled to see play tents and train tracks on the play mat! we had a very good stay! will be back again!

Huge apartment hotel and location is close to metro 😊 Very convenient with lots of minimarts. Big plus point for the closeness to shopping places 👍🏻

Except for the initial problem with the check-in password, which Ctrip helped to resolve, other aspects of the hotel are really good among Japanese hotels. The room is large and you can cook your own meals. It's a very satisfying stay. The sashimi and sushi in the nearby Tamade supermarket are only 30 yuan a box, which is really cost-effective. It's a 5-minute walk to Midotsu Daikokucho Station, which is very convenient to Shinsaibashi and Umeda, and it only takes 15 minutes to walk to Tsutenkaku!

I came on a family trip and spent two nights with my parents. The hotel is a bit far away, but it's very close to Daikokucho Station and about a 15-minute walk from Namba Station. (The streets in Japan are really clean, so it's nice to walk around and see the surroundings.) We like walking, so the location is disappointing. I didn’t!! It's an unmanned hotel, so it's self-check-in. You have to receive a password via email or phone a day before check-in. I didn't properly confirm that I had to inquire before check-in, so I was rude to the staff who told me to check-in by phone on the same day. TT.. They were really kind. I was lost a lot because I didn't know how to take pictures at the entrance and enter, but the first thing to do is to press the call button and enter the password you received by email!! You can check in and check out by following the instructions received by email. I can't believe I was able to stay in such a spacious hotel in Japan at such a low price. Even my picky father said it was spacious and nice, and my mother was very satisfied. Even after returning to Korea, my mother said that this hotel was so good and asked me to write a good review. Yes lol Because it is a residence hotel, you can cook meals and there is a washing machine. There was a closet, two double beds, and you could even watch Netflix on the television. The structure was like a maze, so I was curious and looked for the bathroom. The toilet was a bidet, and strangely enough, when I flushed the toilet, water came out from above so I could wash my hands. The water filled the toilet!! Japan, the country of frugality... All three of my family were impressed. There is a bathtub in the shower room, and when taking a bath, you can lower the desk and put something on top! This was a really, really satisfying hotel!! If you are going on a family trip, I highly recommend this hotel. I was worried because it had a high rating on Google Maps but few reviews, but now it has become a hotel that only I want to know about. If you have a hard time walking and don't like places with few people, I don't recommend it. However, the streets are quiet and nice, so it's the best place to take your time and look around Japanese streets. Separately, there is a 24-hour supermarket about a 15-minute walk away from the hotel (near Ebisucho Station), and it is really cheap, so I recommend stopping by!!

I stayed here twice, when I arrived in Osaka and when I left Osaka. The room is spacious for Japan, especially for children, and there is room for activities. I have stayed in a normal hotel, which is too compact. The self-service check-in instructions are quite clear. The facilities include TV, washing machine, microwave oven, and convenience stores are very close. There are Tamade and Life supermarkets within a 10-minute walk, and there are many choices for bento. It is surrounded by residential areas and is quite quiet at night. The soundproofing is better than expected. I can hear that there is also a child living upstairs, but whether it is footsteps or crying, it is quite small. The bed is not very soft, and it is very comfortable to sleep. If there is a shortcoming, the facilities of some rooms may need maintenance. For example, the room I stayed in before leaving Osaka had a problem with the TV remote control, and the balcony window would ring when the wind blew. I stuffed a piece of paper to solve it.

Very recommended! Suitable for parents or families! Super big! It's also suitable for friends, as it has a microwave, bathtub, washing machine, and large balcony.
