Lovely! Love the room, staff and location! Unfortunately, the communal coffee machine was down but that was the only issue and we absolutely enjoyed out stay. Staff was lovely too!

It was a very nice room!
It was spacious, clean, and even had a hair iron, and the toilet and bath were separate, so both were clean and spacious. I really wanted to stay there again because it had everything! ! ! ! !

The front desk clerk was very friendly and the room was very cozy. Although the room size was not large, it was big enough to open a 26-inch TV. Although the sparrow is a small gift, it has everything you need.

It's very new and the location is pretty good. It's about a 15-minute walk to Umeda Station, but it's nice to eat and drink along the way.
