Hotel Hankyu International

This is an older, established hotel, and the staff are all very friendly. The room facilities are generally quite good, though the shower stall is a bit too small. In terms of location, it's a bit of a walk to the subway, but it's very close to the airport bus stop at Hankyu Sanbangai, making it super convenient for getting to the airport.

An established hotel with a classic style, perfect for older guests. The view is fantastic and the service is incredibly attentive. The toiletries smell wonderful and feel luxurious. While some facilities are a bit old, the quality remains excellent.

Excellent stay! The staff were incredibly polite and attentive. While breakfast had fixed timings, it was still good. For Osaka, the room was quite spacious, and all three of us were very happy with it. The toiletries were Guerlain, and any issues we had were resolved promptly. The hotel is super close to Hankyu Sanbangai and the Umeda shopping district, and there are tons of restaurants nearby, even on the first basement floor. Transportation is also very convenient; the airport shuttle bus stop is just a block away.

Facilities: The bedding provides good support, the hot water in the bathroom is stable, and the shower head is comfortable. The soundproofing is excellent. Cleanliness: Spotless and tidy. Environment: The lobby is grand, and the hotel is close to a commercial district with charming views from the upper floors. Service: Attentive and meticulous.

Great location and professional staff. The restaurant servers were especially polite. Honestly, it was really good.

Such a spacious room, which is a rare find in Japan, with a large bed and a beautiful, expansive view. The service was even better than excellent! My child accidentally left a beloved toy behind during check-out, and after contacting the hotel, they responded immediately and helped mail it back to us. Truly a 100% all-around fantastic experience!
