If you're going to Universal Studios, I highly recommend this hotel. You can come back for a rest and a bath in the afternoon. In the evening, use the single rider line to re-ride everything – it's a smooth five-minute wait per attraction. The water pressure for the shower, both on the top floor and in the room, is excellent. The hotel toiletries are also very good. This hotel truly offers incredible value for money.

Staff was very professional and helpful. Everywhere you looked it was bright and clean. The rooms were spacious and very well maintained. The open bath up on the top floor offered a wonderful skyline view. The location cannot be more ideal. Right next to the station if you wanted to go explore the city. And just walk thru Universal City and you’re at the gates of USJ! So great after a full day at the park and all you want to do is have supper and get back to relax. The only thing that let us down was the breakfast. For the price - the offerings were rather limited. But it was helpful that they were opened early.

We were a family traveling together and booked two twin rooms and two king rooms for two nights each. The rooms were spacious, and overall, the hotel's location was excellent, making it very convenient for getting around. The only downside was that the Japanese breakfast wasn't particularly appealing.

Every time I visit USJ, I stay at this hotel. The executive triple room is very comfortable, and the location is excellent, making it easy to get to the park early. Plus, there's a hot spring bath, which is so relaxing after a day of fun. Overall, the hotel is great, but there are a few areas that could be improved. There are only five washing machines in the laundry room, which is completely insufficient for the number of guests. Also, the air conditioning in the hotel elevators and hallways isn't as strong as in the rooms, and the laundry room has no AC at all, making it incredibly hot.

The location is fantastic, right outside the JR station and a 5-minute walk from Universal Studios Japan's entrance. There's a convenience store and shops downstairs – a perfect choice. We even went back to the hotel to rest when it got too hot at Universal Studios, then re-entered in the evening to continue the fun. After a long day of walking, a relaxing bath and soak at the top floor spa in the evening was exactly what we needed to unwind. Everything was perfect, except for the crowds – too many people at breakfast and in the showers.

Very awesome to stay at The Singulari Hotel nearby Universal Studio Osaka. She provided a fantastic VIP room for my family trip. Nice Skyspa at 14 Floor with good sea view.

This hotel is located in the Universe Studio building, right next to Universal Studios Japan station. There's a sauna on the 14th floor, which was really relaxing. It's a bit pricey, but the hotel is very clean.

The hotel is ideally located, two minutes from Universal Park. It is very convenient to wake up immediately in an amusement park. The hotel is also very close to the metro station. The breakfast is varied, but all the food is absolutely cold, more like leftover dinner from yesterday. Although there is a lot of food, it is not very tasty. The girls at the reception weren't very nice either. The hotel looks quite stylish and expensive, but the whole couch was stained, and in general the room is quite shabby.

Stayed for 2 nights. Nice warm welcome. Excellent location just next to the Train station, very convenient, if you have to get up early for the Universal Studio. Got everything we needed.

Extremely satisfied with my stay! The hotel's location is super convenient, and the room was spacious, bright, and very clean. The bedding was so soft and comfortable, I slept like a baby all night. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and attentive, always ready to help with anything I needed. Breakfast was delicious and had a great variety. The facilities are excellent, offering great value for money, and I truly felt at home. I'll definitely choose this place again next time and highly recommend it!

This was our second time bringing the kids to Universal Studios Japan for two days, and we booked this hotel. The location is excellent and super easy to find – it's right on the right-hand side when you exit the Universal City Station. It’s also very convenient for getting to Universal Studios. The breakfast was decent; I had rice and vegetables every day.

Booked this hotel blindly for my USJ trip – stayed for 5 nights in total. The location is fantastic, right outside the JR station, and only about a 5-6 minute walk to USJ. The room was a bit small. The bedding had an unidentifiable, dirty smell, and the towels also had quite a few black stains. Looking at the uploaded photo, I remember booking a triple room (twin beds + sofa bed). The sofa bed didn't have any bedding. When I asked the front desk, they said there was bedding in a closet that I needed to make myself. 😓 For 1200-1500 a night, I felt the service was a bit lacking.

Great location in the universal studios complex. Our rooms were small but had everything we needed. We did not try the breakfast, however you are directly in the university area so lots of resturants to choose from. Located right next to a metro line which is very helpful.
