Amazing

We stayed here for about two nights and overall had a really great experience. The only slight inconvenience was during the check-in process, since there wasn’t really a place to store our luggage beforehand, so we ended up leaving it downstairs near the security cameras while checking in.
The room itself was huge — honestly big enough for a whole family of six to eight people, even though there were only two of us staying. There was a spacious living room area and a massive dining table that could easily fit several people comfortably.
Location-wise, it’s more in a quieter local area. There are some restaurants and a few convenience stores nearby, though not much immediately within walking distance. That said, we really enjoyed the authentic Japanese-style stay and the peaceful atmosphere.
For the price, it was unbeatable value. Paying around $60 a night for a place this spacious was incredible. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again. I’d highly recommend it, especially for larger families or groups looking for a budget-friendly stay with lots of space.

The room was really spacious and clean. I was traveling solo, but it could easily fit four people. It had a balcony too, so the natural light was fantastic. I highly, highly recommend it!

Location very good and convenience. Walking distance can reach 心斋桥 and MRT station. However check in mode not really good, even got the code also can’t check in with the tablet.

location is ok.. walking distance to subway station
the only disadvantage is no washing machine in the room.
downstairs have laundry room for guest to self service wash and dry with a reasonable charge.
other than that everything is good

Choose this homestay with caution. Check-out is at 10 AM, and there was a lot of dust under the bed that no one came to clean after I reported it. When I checked out, the staff member was unfriendly, and the self-service check-in took a long time. There's only one small elevator, so you'll be waiting a while during peak hours. Sigh! And this was a hotel recommended by Trip.com!

Check-in took a bit long. It would be great if the hotel room passcode could be provided in advance, similar to building access codes, instead of having to register again upon arrival. This is something that could definitely be improved.

The location is great, about a 15-minute walk to Shinsaibashi, and there are many famous cafes nearby. The price is really good too! My only complaint is that the check-in system was a bit problematic, which hopefully they can improve. Overall, for this price, it's a really good deal! 👍

This isn't a hotel at all. The name on Trip.com is very misleading, it's basically a guesthouse, and not even a good one. It's also a good mile or two walk to Shinsaibashi. There's no front desk for check-in or check-out, and the three iPads at the entrance kept freezing. The calls I made were intermittent and completely inaudible. It took me 45 minutes to finally check in. There's no luggage storage for check-out, and no housekeeping during the stay. You even have to sort your own trash and take it out. Only book this place if you can accept all of that!

This hotel features a self-service check-in with multiple tablets in the lobby. You're required to input *all* your information yourself, for every single guest. For your residential address, you need to provide a very detailed street-level address from your home country. Crucially, the booking reference isn't the one from Ctrip; it's the confirmation number provided by the hotel. To top it off, you then have to complete a video verification with their live customer service. What's even more outlandish is that they require you to take a photo at check-out! This entire check-in process is incredibly cumbersome. I stayed for four days, and every single day I saw bewildered guests struggling downstairs. 🥵🥵🥵
The hotel doesn't provide combs, and the complimentary toothpaste is tiny – barely a fingertip's worth. For an extended stay, it's completely inadequate.
On the positive side, the duvet cover was properly fitted, unlike many Japanese hotels where they only cover the very top of the duvet. The location is relatively quiet, the bed is adequately sized, and being situated between two metro stations further contributes to its peaceful environment.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, offering incredibly convenient access to Shinsaibashi. It's surrounded by a full range of amenities, with both 7-Eleven and Lawson convenience stores nearby. Check-in and check-out are self-service. Please note that there's no daily room service; guests are expected to maintain their room's cleanliness during their stay. Guests are also required to sort their trash and dispose of it in the designated bins on the first floor. The room is incredibly well-equipped, providing everything you might need, from trash bags to dish brushes. It even features an induction hob, refrigerator, and microwave, making it perfect for preparing your own meals. We traveled as a family this time, and everyone was extremely satisfied! I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Osaka.

A nice stay in a nice neighborhood. No frills. Clean beds. Small little tub to soak your feet after a long day of walking.
7 minutes walk to the subway. 7-11 is less than 50m away.

The only downside is that it's a bit far from the subway station, otherwise it's perfect.
