The place is very clean and considered spacious for 2 people. The place is walking distance to the popular place. Would like to stay again on next vacation. I love that complete sets inside the room such as washing machine, ref, microwave, electric pot. Particularly i amazed on drying for clothing. Hi tech.

Pros: The location is excellent. Nankai Namba Station is a quick 5-6 minute walk once you know the area, and Shinsaibashi is just over a 10-minute stroll. Tsutenkaku is also within easy reach. Plus, there are plenty of dining and drinking options right nearby. The room was equipped with a fridge and a washing machine, which was a huge convenience. Cons: Room cleanliness was a major disappointment. The air conditioning had a strong, unpleasant odor and wasn't cooling effectively. The filter was incredibly clogged with dirt, resembling a thick rag, and only started working properly after I cleaned it myself. The bathroom exhaust fan filter was equally disgusting, looking as if it hadn't been cleaned since the hotel opened. There was also a large dead cockroach on the balcony. The space between the two beds was extremely narrow, making it easy to bump your feet on the bed frames. Finally, the cleaning staff member I encountered seemed very grumpy and unapproachable; I'd suggest avoiding unnecessary interaction.

Difficult to contact staff for help immediately. Place is convenient but may not be available for kids.

Very prompt response from the CS. The hotel is well located. The room is clean but just a bit small for 3 adults. In general, it's a good accommodation for staying in Osaka.

For us it’s really new experience for staying in hotel without receptionist. But everything go smoothly and facility is good. Room is big if compare with others hotel that I had stayed before. Just only take approximate 15 minutes by walk to Dotonburi area.

Loved my stay at the Peak namba. Great Facilities and location. Appreciate the washer, stove and fridge in the apartment 👍🏼 The apartment was also relatively bigger. Location was near 2 subway stations. Namba station is a 15min walk. Easy to travel to and fro the airport. Will definitely come back to stay again

Happy with the facilities. There is a dining area with microwave and full size fridge. There is also a washing machine for those who want to do laundry. However there is no housekeeping service throughout our 5 nights stay there - bedsheets and towels were not changed. I was expecting at least one change as most other hotel's eco option included at least one change in 3 days. I had itch and rash - not sure if it was due to the bedsheets. Maybe the Peak Namba should consider housekeeping service every x days? Location was ok.

The rooms are suitable for groups. Located about 10 minutes from the station, there are all electrical appliances, a soft bed, and a coffee table for sitting and eating. and the room has a city view

The place is equipped with everything you might need; a kitchen, plates and utensils, microwave, fridge+freezer, washing machine+laundry powder, etc. The room was not spotless but it was clean.

Very happy with the stay, room size is reasonable, 1 single bed and 1 small double bed, for big size ppl the double bed maybe a bit small for them, but the bed and pillow are super comfortable. The hotel is located at a very strategic place, 6 mins walk from Ebisucho station, walking distance to Namba station very convenient, foods and shopping area easy to access. Will book again in the future.

Me and my boyfriend loved our staying here, especially the location is perfect even at late night. We were very satisfied with bathtub and kitchen. The room was big enough for two people. But I am not sure it can be enough for three people. We used laundry machine however with using google translate. So I hope they can provide english descriptions. The double sized bed makes noise whenever I move. So if you are too sensitive about noise, be aware of that. Over all, Amazing view! Highly recommended 🫶🏻 Definitely going to stay here again.

Everything is good . Maybe in the city so the space is limited . Nearby to namba . Just walk around . But if walk from subway station need around 15 minutes - 20 minutes And the bed a bit small even is double bed If u are big size like me , will feel narrow . Got fridge , got washing machine , hair dryer . Ok la the house . Overall I give 8 marks /10
