Location wise it’s a bit far from the city but it what reflected in the price. Other than that, this is our favourite hotel among the 5 we had in our trip. We are a family of four with two teens girls. The room on 8/F (tatami) is spacious. The mini kitchen is our favourite as we can cook our own food (the owner offer cooking pan, cookin pot and knife etc) from a nearby 24 hours supermarket!

Good location in a quiet area. The mattress was a bit tough… but overall worth the price for the stay

Just a few walks to the Kintetsu Line. The cleanliness is not what i’ve expected on the first day some spots are left out. Great for people who needs to crash just for a night. Its a former apartment turned hotel by the owner. As for food, convenience stores is just a block away and some restaurants and fastfood chain is just around the corner. The people of Osaka are the most foreigner friendly compared to other prefecture

Comfortable bed. Location is ok. Near the metro and the bridge.

The surrounding area is a hotel district, so walking around at night felt a little scary, but there was a convenience store nearby, which was convenient. There's no microwave in the room; there's a shared microwave on the first floor! You boil water using a regular kettle, not an electric kettle! Amenities are provided in the room, which is convenient!

The hotel still has a slight musty smell, so better odor removal is needed, and there should be more cooking utensils in the kitchen area.

The booking showed a double room, but only a single bed was available. My friend checked in and the hygiene was terrible; everything smelled musty. We asked someone to change the blankets, but the sheets were damp and worn. I didn't sleep well at all and woke up early with an allergic reaction. Don't go there! Don't go there!

Don't mention this hotel anymore. Although small rooms are a common phenomenon in Japan, this room, although not small, makes you feel lucky to have only booked one night. You feel like you want to escape immediately. The bed springs creak when you lie down on it. There are no windows. The so-called front desk is really just a table. There is no water. I don't want to say more. Apart from the high room rate, there is nothing else good.

It seems that the hotel was originally an apartment for single people. The smell of the bathroom was a bit bothersome, but it was bearable if you used soap and bath salts.

It's very close to the subway station. There are many restaurants nearby.

I stayed in Osaka for a few days and stayed in several hotels. This hotel was the worst. The facilities, hygiene and other aspects were very average. It would be at most a hostel in China, and the price is not cheap!

The room is small and exquisite, clean, sanitary, fully equipped, smart and environmentally friendly, with a porch, bathtub, smart toilet, air conditioning, balcony, etc., which is an unexpected surprise. The street is clean and tidy, very user-friendly, with mobile phone translation software and language barrier-free.
