We had a fantastic 3 night stay in Quintessa Hotel near Shinsaibashi. The staff are kind and accommodating. The daily buffet are fantastic. Many varieties of food to choose from Asian, continental etc. They have hot and cold drinks with no additional charge. They have decent size room that fits 2 medium suitcase and 1 small suitcase. They bed is not that soft but we are comfortable. We slept well throughout the night. It is very quiet too! What I love this hotel is that it is close to 2 train stations, restaurants and convenience stores. They have plenty of freebies that range from skin care to basic toiletries. If you plan to have an affordable simple, clean and comfortable stay, this hotel is for you. Try booking few months in advance to save some money.

Decent location from the metro and several sightes. This hotel has a friendly and helpful staff. Although small, it is very cozy and comfortable. Amenities can be taken from the lobby downstairs. There is also a a library downstairs where manga can be borrowed and read.

Room was fine but the beds were very hard. Location is ok but it’s at the upper limit of the area that you want to be in. Everything else is about 10 mins away though by foot

The hotel is recommended as it's location is near to the MRT stations in Osaka.
Aside from the hotel, there is also a mini library where you can read books and comic books.
It is also quite near to Dotonbori, Shinsaibashi and some of our preferred restaurants like Ichiran, JBBQ and Kobe beef restos.
They also sell Osaka Amazing Pass at the reception and help you to call a taxi if needed.
Regarding the food, we didnt avail their breakfast buffet as we preferred other food.
The rooms are quite small but overall, we had a nice stay in this hotel.

Limited parking, first come first serve, if you stay 3 days, they will let you know in 1-day other people booking already ask you to remove your car. bad service.

Nice location. Close to Daimaru Department Store, Subway Midosuji line connecting to many tourist spot. Very connivence. Staff are friendly. Great deal choices of amenities.
