Nice little hotel in a quiet neighbourhood but with plenty of restaurants and small bars nearby . It’s very conveniently located with seven eleven nearby . The furnishings are a little bit outdated . The bed duvet was a bit thin and the bath has started to show its age but nothing to serious . It’s not a bad place to stay but for sure not the newest hotel available at this price range

We have vacation during new year holiday in Osaka, we really enjoy our time here. The hotel locates in very good location it’s very close to subway just 5 minutes walking distance. The room is very clean and the hotel staffs are very kind and nice service mind. We really appreciated this hotel ;)

Late check in was uncompromising. Location is decent, but station requires changing trains for some frequent trip, or a longer walk. Preferred other options.

Great Hotel, in an old location. The trade off is that the price is really good and staffs are down to earth smiling people . The rooms are exceptional big and exquisite 👌. You can't go wrong with this hotel as the pricing is very modest.

The service and facilities are good with the hotel and staff service.
But the location is a big far from shopping area.
However the subway is closed by.
The buffet breakfast is tasty and big variety.
And I recommend this hotel for the long stay people as you will feel totally privacy because
they don't come to clean your room unless you request for the cleaning service with additional Japanese Yen 1500.
But you can do the cleaning by yourself as they supply the gears.
Plus you can change the towel everyday and they do the rubbish cleaning everyday.
Overall is a very money worth hotel.
