Location: The hotel is right by the JR station, with Universal Studios, restaurants, shopping, and commercial streets all within easy reach.
Cleanliness: Both the hotel's public areas and the rooms were clean and tidy.
Service: The staff were friendly and helpful.
Facilities: There's a chargeable public bath on the 31st floor, but it gets very crowded. The room size was good, larger than hotels in Tokyo, and could fit two suitcases with space to spare. The buffet breakfast was busy, and while the food variety wasn't extensive, the ingredients were fresh and tasty.
Perhaps because it was off-season, staying here felt like great value for money when visiting Universal Studios.

Fantastic hotel! The value for money here is really great!
Facilities: The style is very upscale! I had a very comfortable stay! It doesn't feel like a cheap budget hotel at all; in fact, it has a bit of a high-end hotel vibe.
Cleanliness: This was the cleanest hotel I've stayed in during this trip… The foreign young lady who cleaned my room was very thorough and polite!
Service: The Japanese staff at the front desk were just okay, but the foreign-looking service staff, especially a young lady, was incredibly friendly! She proactively helped me and was very enthusiastic!
I’ll definitely stay here again! It's a really good hotel; I was a bit hesitant to book after reading some reviews at first… This hotel seems to have quite a few Korean guests.

Easy to access around 10 mins walking distance from Metro station. Located in a quiet alley but very close to a garden with lots of nice cafe. The staff is professional, helpful and knowledgeable. There is free coffee, amenities provided in the lobby. A new experience for me staying in this area of Osaka, more relaxed and not so fast pace like Umeda and Dotonbori. Their shower head and air dryer is using Refa, it’s so amazing.

The location is great, right above the subway station.
Facilities: They do feel a bit old, but they're complete. The room size is quite cramped, though, but acceptable considering the price.
Cleanliness: It's pretty clean, but small rooms like these in Japan can easily have overlooked spots.
Environment: Not bad.
Service: The service was very attentive.

All the staff at the hotel are well-trained, polite, and very welcoming ❤️. Our stay was fantastic! I have to especially praise the hotel's breakfast; there's a huge variety, everything is delicious, and they even make kimbap fresh on the spot, which is excellent.

Overall, I'm quite satisfied with the hotel. Many attractions are within walking distance. The room was pre-arranged, but due to religious reasons, the front desk lady was very cooperative in switching rooms for me. The room was generally clean, with a separate wet and dry area, and the washbasin outside was very comfortable. The white paintwork has some damage; I suggest regular touch-ups, otherwise, it affects the aesthetics.
Now, about breakfast. The selection was pitifully small. Although service was until 10:00 AM, there should be enough fruit available for guests throughout that time. After all, when you pay for breakfast, you don't want to be left with almost-empty dishes (I was told there was no more fruit). This definitely needs improvement.
