Everything was great, just one small thing: the room was really, really tiny. It was hard to open our luggage, especially since we had three bags. But it was very clean, and the staff were very helpful. Check-in and check-out were self-service, and there's a McDonald's right next door, which was very convenient.

Facilities: Well-equipped.
Cleanliness: Cleaned.
Environment: Good for sleeping, but the duvet cover seemed to be put on improperly?
Service: Check-in available in Chinese.
Be sure to prepare 100 JPY coins; you can also exchange them at the front desk when staff are present. The washing machine only accepts 100 JPY coins.
--From an unlucky person whose clothes weighed 3kg more after not being dried properly, and had to pay an extra 2700 JPY.
This hotel is really easy to find. Just take the elevator to the third floor where the front desk is located. On the third floor, there's also a smoking room, vending machines, and a luggage scale. The front desk can even help with postage! Most of the staff at the front desk are Japanese, but they have translation devices available. There's a convenience store right downstairs from the hotel. It's super close to the subway and Shinsaibashi, only a five-minute walk, about 200 meters in a straight line. It's really convenient for shopping and then bringing your purchases back to the hotel. The room isn't huge, but it's very nice, quiet, and clean. The price is also very reasonable.

The room is spacious enough to open two 28-inch suitcases, and the bathroom and shower are surprisingly large with a separate wet and dry area, which is very typical of Japanese hotels. The 11th floor has a hot spring bath, and though I haven't used it these past few days, it always looks busy, so it must be good. Also on the 11th floor are four coin-operated washing machines with dryers, perfect for doing laundry when you get back in the evening. It's very close to JR Kyobashi Station, and there's a convenience store downstairs where you can buy things and get change for the laundry, but it only operates until 11 PM.

This hotel is super convenient, just a 3-minute walk from Tennoji Station. The twin room was quite spacious for Japan, and it even had a walk-in shower. The lobby view was lovely, and the cleanliness was top-notch. For check-in, a staff member guided me through the self-service kiosk (though I'm still not a big fan of that method).

Great location, close to Umeda shopping district and subway station. The hotel is surrounded by restaurants so you will not need to worry about food. There are multiple drug stores and a 24/7 Don Quijote nearby, so very convenient for travellers.
The staff are very professional and helpful. There are coin laundry in the hotel for guests. All in all, very good experience at this hotel.

Our first time to book a hotel .The location is just a few steps to shin osaka station and the staff are so attentive. I was amaze when it has a staff that can communicate in english.
But I dont know what happened in my deposit refund / my preauthorization , I'd paid cash when we check in . but until now my preauthorization is not yet returned to my account.

It’s a very convenient place to travel from shin-osaka station. It’s also easy to connect to metro line to shinsaibashi or namba station. The room is clean and its space is not much but enough for 2 persons.
