River Valley Inn & Suites

Simple hotel that met our needs. The room seemed clean but was quite smelly. Restaurant right next door was good and convenient.

Room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is very quiet. Staff are very nice and accommodating. Never went to the pool so I can't say anything about it.

Check in was very pleasant, the young man who checked us in, was very nice and informative. The room was very clean. The thermostat was easy to understand and control. The pool was nice, it was at a good temperature. Unfortunately, the hot tub did not work. ( hasn’t for 2 years)

Pillows are flat, heat in room takes forever to warm up and we were second floor. Front desk staff didn’t stay at front desk has to ring a ring door bell. No elevator. No jets in the hot tub. Concrete in the pool/hot tub area cracking and falling apart.

The remote did not work, shampoo but no conditioner and when we first walked in it was an icebox and took a good 39 minutes to warm up.

First floor room smelled like mildew… room, 106 Our room had a stained floor in the bathroom, like there was water damage… The register went on heat is super loud… Room 209 Would like if pool hours or extended to 11 PM for adults.

Was it cost efficient place to stay at. The lady who checked me in was really wonderful. She answered every question I had. We went next door to the restaurant bar . I was really surprised. The food was excellent. I would definitely stay here again.

Great overall but accommodation in an emergency are very strict

The room and entire facility was very clean and comfortable. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful.
