The front desk staff was good. The breakfast was OK but hot food was terrible, the sausages was cold and 4 small pieces of eggs left in it (all dried up) at 9:45a.m. Supposed the breakfast close at 10a.m but when I asked the attendant to refill some more eggs, she went to check the left over eggs then told me "there is still some in it", I said "it's all dried up and it's not enough for two people, then she told me "next time you should come earlier. I said "there were few more people came in after me but nobody wanted to take it", she told me "I will try my best". Finally, I waited 25-30 minutes to get my eggs.

The breakfast was limited. A bagel, yogurt, juice and a muffin.
The pool and hot tub are closed which was the main reason I chose this hotel.
The hotel is decently clean, nothing fancy. Has a mini fridge, microwave, tv and DVD player. Bed was comfy, the ac worked well but was loud.
The back door to the stairwell doesn’t lock so there isn’t much security.
Overall I think if you’re paying over 115$ a night here, you’re over paying.

This place was disappointing from the get-go. The people who work here are very nice. The place smelled of disinfectant, surly for a reason? Dealing with management is pointless. I was going to be here for 3-4 months. On my training week two nights were cancelled by our employer. Management would not even deal with the idea of getting two nights refunded. I would have made a deal to have two future nights exchanged. As luck would have it...I booked Quality Inn a few doors down. I am so lucky how things worked out.

Okay place to stay if you’re on a budget, limited breakfast selection but was tasty, rooms need updating, felt that l was back in the 80’s. Had to go back to front desk second day to get key re-programmed to get into room.

Check went smooth. Both people I’ve dealt with at front desk were extremely nice. The lady in office behind them was of no use when the line got very long. The place is older and tired but decent. Lobby is welcoming, breakfast was about as limited as I’ve seen. My room was very clean but the old laminate floor was disappointing.

Literally my worst stay at any hotel and I’ve stayed in some bad ones, hairs everywhere in a supposedly clean room, my room card would just stop working randomly and if have to go all the way downstairs to get a new one with my kid in tow, the breakfast had a very Halal feel to it but this is Canada and I couldn’t even get a bacon and egg sandwich, instead there was a spongy bad tasting sausage with microwaved eggs and stale bread and last but certainly not least, the pool still doesn’t work/isnt open, I won’t be staying there again, if I could put zero stars I would.
