I have never received the level of customer service at any hotel around the world that I have received here! I was treated,so well, made so comfortable, and even had some help making sure I knew where I wanted to hike! I arrived after 10 PM the day of my check in and was treated warmly by Mohammad at the front desk for the remainder of my stay. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone. I also hope Soria Moria recognizes the gem they have in Mohammed!

The management team displayed prompt responsiveness both before and during my stay. All the staff members were exceptionally friendly, the room had a modern ambiance, and any concerns or issues that arose were swiftly and effectively resolved.

Good view and nice gym facilities.
Excellent breakfast.
Room was dirty. Lot of dust, broken water glass, handprints on the wall and dirty towels.

What a special place! I had an incredible stay. The staff (especially Mohammad in the reception) was SO helpful. There are beautiful trails, scenery, and the food was fantastic! I highly recommend staying here.

The quiet location was wonderful and the view from the terrace very nice as well.
Unfortunately, I got very disappointed on the last day of my stay upon check-out time.
As I had to check-out early, I asked the front desk 2 days before checking out, if it would be possible to get a box to pack my breakfast out, as I will not have the time to eat before leaving.
The front desk personnel said they can prepare a breakfast box for me; which was great.
On the day of check-out, the breakfast box was not ready; the front desk goes to check with the kitchen, and he comes back with a couple of croissant and a ham & cheese sandwich on a porcelaine plate; so I tell him I don't have the time to eat it now, that was why I asked for a box; then, with his bare hands that were just on the computer keyboard a couple of minutes ago, and he grabs the food, puts them in a plastic bag and hands it to me.
I say "please look into why this happened", as I stopped by the front desk and called a couple of times to make sure this ware ready in time, and he responds, "well, what I picked up for you is nearly what you would have gotten in your breakfast box, so..."; I think he wanted to say "what is the problem? you should be satisfied?"

Pleasant stay, the view was absolutely unbelievable overlooking Oslo itself. The reception staff were really friendly and helpful. The only thing I’d say is there’s no where to go out and eat/drink without a car. There’s only 3 options on an evening for food downstairs. It would be good to see some snacks such as starters/chips. Lovely hotel couldn’t fault it! We will stay here again
