On the day of check-in, we were given room 603, but the floor lamp was broken and the electrical outlet was completely loose. We waited 15 minutes and were then given room 807, which was even worse – no electricity and no air conditioning. Even the staff seemed a bit embarrassed. After another 20-minute wait, we were finally given a deluxe room, which was an upgrade from the standard room I booked. I didn't know whether to be angry or laugh. Breakfast and dinner were included; breakfast was good, but dinner was not. If you have an early train to catch, they can arrange a breakfast pack.

Really loved this hotel! First off, the location is fantastic – super convenient for getting around, as you can walk everywhere. Plus, it includes breakfast and dinner, and even complimentary afternoon tea. The food was great too. You can tell this hotel is run with a lot of care and attention to detail.

The hotel is quite close to both the train station and the pier. The room was a bit small but clean and tidy. You can store your luggage in a small room in the corner. Dinner options were limited, but breakfast was decent.

Overall, my experience was pretty good, but the location was a bit far out. What I was really disappointed with was the dinner; it's definitely not what most people would expect. Don't let dinner be a deciding factor when you book your stay.

The service was quite good; when the hotel found out we had an early flight and would miss breakfast, they packed sandwiches and apples for us to take to the airport. Very good service overall.
