This was awful. We were put in a room with cockroaches and ants, and the cockroaches were absolutely massive. When we asked for a solution, they simply said, 'we'll clean your room.' We then asked for breakfast as compensation, but it was tiny, and the chicken in the dish wasn't even real. The hotel is right by the road, making it impossible to sleep at night due to passing cars and trucks. We requested a kettle for our room, but they claimed not to have any (which isn't true; I saw them moving five kettles from the backroom). They offered to fill a mug with hot water from the kitchen, but the kitchen isn't open 24/7, and we arrive late at the hotel and like to drink tea in the evening. The elevator was also out of order. What's the point of having it then? The price is incredibly high (2700 rubles per night) for a hotel with such terrible service! I'm extremely disappointed.

Excellent hotel, we really liked it, delicious, inexpensive food. The only downside for us personally is that their bed linen isn't cotton. Otherwise, everything is perfect.

Not too crowded, the sea is across the road. Just 20s walk to the sea. The ate and kuya at reception are very helpful and friendly. If you have transport, better to stay here..because hotel near to whale shark kinda not provide parking and i feel too crowded

It was really clean and good but booked 2x queen bed was only 1x queen 1 single bed. Even after asking and requesting they denied so we had to book an extra bed for the forfth person
