It’s very conveniently close to Whale shark swimming place (since it should be there at 4am or yearlier), very friendly administrators, clean and comfy. With a cosy cafe. It was under construction though, so a bit nosy.

Excellent place, highly recommend if you're planning a one-night stop in Oslob to see the whale sharks. The owner will help you organize the whale shark encounter. For three people, with full organization, it cost 4500 pesos. Everything is arranged for you, so all you have to do is wake up and enjoy these magnificent creatures. Considering the queues, this was incredibly helpful for our trip. We had photo and video accompaniment, fins were provided, and it was only a 5-minute walk to the boats. However, the hotel is essentially a hostel, suitable for a quick overnight stay and a shower.

The hostel is conveniently located right next to the shark swimming spot, which is great for a one-night stay – you can swim with the sharks in the morning and then head off. The room was clean. My only suggestion (for room 1) is to fix the faucet in the bathroom. There's a cafe at the hostel if you want to grab breakfast. We arrived late at night, but we'd arranged for a late check-in in advance, and they were waiting for us, which was a nice touch.

Great location and service for budget travelers. The kind and supportive staff add great value to the stay, especially by helping arrange an early morning trip to see the whale sharks while it was still cool, followed by a visit to Tumalog Falls. The café attached to the hostel also offers good service, tasty meals, and a comfortable outdoor seating area.

The only good thing about this place is its proximity to the sharks. I couldn't really get any rest here; there's absolutely no soundproofing. You can hear everything as if you're sleeping on the street. Roosters start crowing at 3 AM, and by 4 AM, they start bringing tourists to see the sharks, with everyone honking their horns on the road. All these noises come right into your room. The room itself is tired and very, very basic. The air conditioning is also very loud. In the bathroom, which is also the toilet, there's only toilet paper. If you need quiet, look for options further away from the road, as traffic here is 24/7.

Kent was incredibly friendly and helpful. He not only took us to the whale shark snorkeling spot but also let us go back to our room to rest and called us when it was our turn. He also helped us arrange a tuk-tuk to the Bohol port.

Compared to other places, this one is really good, especially the front desk staff. They gave a lot of help and information.

The room was very small and the facilities were run-down. However, the front desk staff were warm and helpful. For 1000 pesos plus an additional 50 pesos, you can skip the queue to see the whale sharks. It's located right opposite the ticket office, which is a fantastic spot. We woke up at 3:40 AM, queued up for facial recognition, returned to the hotel at 5 AM, and then left again at 6 AM to see the whale sharks.

This hostel is perfect for those who want to swim with whale sharks. The staff will help you book everything, guide you, and even wait in line for you. They'll also arrange video shooting and take care of other details. Super convenient! I stayed in a private room. The room was small but very comfortable. It's next to a road, and I'm a light sleeper, but I slept wonderfully! I highly recommend it for anyone who wants to swim with sharks!

Perfect spot for whales sharks watching

Excellent hostel for shark spotting! It's literally right across from where the boats depart. If you contact the hotel in advance, they can likely help with booking a slot, so you won't have to wake up at 5 AM. We didn't do this on the first day, so we had to get up, but for a very small fee, they helped us with the queue (allowing us to go back to the hotel to sleep more) and then with boarding. On the second day, we decided to swim again, and this time they simply offered to book a time for us, and we got to wake up at a comfortable 7 AM. The hotel itself is very vibrant and cheerful. The beds are creaky, of course, but comfortable. All in all, for a 2-day stay, it's perfect!
