Good shower and bed but rest disappointing. Despite being told on booking that breakfast was available at weekends, it wasn't. It also states that rooms cleaned etc every other day it was not, which meant we only had 2 coffees, 2 milks and only one breakfast tea bag to last for the 3 nights of our stay. No staff on site. We booked well in advance and on looking at price week before we went discovered that the overall price had dropped by 109 euros from the 372 we paid, the owner disputed this but I had it copied at home on my computer. He offered a discount off a future stay but we would not stay here again. Toilet area very small, difficult to negotiate unless you are very small.

No dialogue with the owner because she only speaks English and makes no effort to speak a little French and Dutch, room more or less clean, but the shower leaked from underneath the defective rubber. The surroundings of the hotel were super dirty, very disappointed for the price given I was really expecting something else!,,,,I wouldn't go there again

Scandaleux,honteux 1061€ pour deux nuits pour une chambre qui vaut 150€ la nuit ,pas de climatisation simplement un ventilateur sur pied qui indiquait 29degres dans la chambre !! On avait pris petite terrasse celle ci n était même pas finie il manquait la marche pour y accéder…la chambre était propre ainsi que la salle de bain mais rien ne justifie un pris pareil du vrai vol !!!! Déjeuner plus que basique petit pain mou on ne sait pas si c est du à l humidité ou autre …de plus déjeuner de 8h30 à 10h et as 10h03 exactement MR débarrassait le buffet alors que nous étions encore là à déjeuner…ou tu reste dans la catégorie prix moyen et abordable ou tu joue dans la cour des grands vu le prix demandé pour mes deux nuits et là tout est à revoir…en tout cas se sera sans nous je n y mettrait jamais plus les pieds grosse grosse arnaque !!!

L'hôtel a annoncé sa fermeture exceptionnelle le matin de notre réservation. A l'arrivée pas de réception, heureusement mon téléphone fonctionnait et j'ai reçu les codes d'accès. Mais pas de bar, ni restaurant, ni personnel, et un sac de sandwichs préparés le matin pour le petit déjeuner du lendemain...résultat ecueurant. Suite à une demande de remboursement des petits déjeuners il m'a été proposé un chantage... supprimer mon commentaire sur *********** pour obtenir le remboursement. Bref, hôtel à ignorer, vu le vaste choix offert à Ostende.

Hotel correct les chambres sont confortables et très propres seul bémol le petit déjeuner le café est bon mais les petits pains ne sont pas bons du tout ce sont des petits pains a rechauffer au four mais je pense qu ils n ont pas étés chauffés tellement ils étaient mous personnel très symphatique

Goed voor een nachtje. Oud gebouw. Verzorgde kamers. Alles gebeurt zonder echte receptie. S morgens zijn de mensen wel aanwezig. Ligt echt in centrum. Parkeerplaatsen genoeg in de omgeving. Dunne muren. Toch wat lawaai van andere kamers.
