Pleasant stay - the room was clean and comfortable, the bed was soft, and the food was most enjoyable. Parking was included to the rear of the hotel, and location was fairly quiet. Excellent night's sleep.

Std hotel with a good position in case you have to switch from western to eastern part of Norway. We found in between the bed a t-shirt that was not our.....that is why we evaluated as low the cleaning of the room.....

The room was comfortable, modern and clean. The bathroom was also in good condition, but always flooded after showering due to the strange design of the glass door.

Food hotel. Great staff. Parking can be a challenge. No phones in room. Would recommend.

We stayed here twice, using it as a stopover as we drove between Oslo, Geiranger and Oppdal. The only dining option is a limited buffet, but the food was fine. Very friendly staff. We had a corner room with bath which was fine.

Nice hotel in a beautiful town

The hotel is right downtown in Otta. There was very limited parking, but the staff pointed us to an area around back. The desk clerk was pleasant and check in was quick. The room was small by US standards, but seemed fine and clean. There was almost no room for suitcases There was no AC, but there was a big window. The view was nice of the town and a mountain The bed was really 2 twin beds pushed together. it was comfortable enough The TV was medium size, but there were only a couple English channels The bathroom was quite small and the shower had an odd folding door to give more room when not in use. The bath was clean with decent lighting. The room had plenty of outlets. The room was quiet and sleep quality was good Breakfast was very good- decent variety and tasty. Eggs, bacon, rolls, cheese, etc. Overall the hotel was just fine for a short stay.

Hotel is satisfactory, rooms okay. Restaurant, about the only one in town, had a mediocre buffet with limited choices (two warm dishes). Breakfast was good. Parking was limited. Friendly staff and elevator to take you to upper floors. First hotel we have been in that provided wash cloths!

Moderan hotel in the center of otta. Everything is close by and enough parking around. Room was big enough, good bathroom not big. Breakfast was better then expected, nice choice, good capucino and more. Has resturant and a few seats just outside for a drink.

Hotel could use some polishing up on the outside but has a nice breakfast/dining area. The room we booked was for 3 people and advertised as only 15m2, but luckily that wasn't the case. There was a normal size room with a second bedroom via a door in the main room. Nice surprise, ample space. However, the bathroom was tiny and lacks space to put any of your belongings. We opted to take the diner buffet and it proved to be great value for money, quoted at 35euro per person. Compared to what seems 'standard' in Norway for food, this was very good. Quality food!

Thisl is a relatively large, modern, well kept hotel in a small town in eastern Norway. Rooms were clean and had all the usual features one expects from a hotel of this class. Service was friendly and efficient. Breakfast was very good but dinner offered few choices and might not satisfy some guests. They apparently get many busloads of tourists for overnight stays so the facilities are crowded at times.

No air conditioning no fan

The parking filled up quickly and we had to park on the street.
