Fantastic hotel! It's within walking distance of all the attractions we wanted to visit, and the surrounding area feels very safe. The in-room kitchen facilities were perfect for us since we like to cook our own meals. The breakfast spread was excellent, and the complimentary grab-and-go sandwiches and snacks were an absolute lifesaver – no more worrying about getting hungry while we were out exploring. Highly recommend!

I've visited the Business Inn several times now, and I keep coming back due to the friendly customer service, the comprehensive breakfast buffet, the competitive pricing and its convenient location to where I want to be in downtown Ottawa. The rooms are older and maybe not as fancy or contemporary as a Four Seasons or Hilton property, but if you're looking for a family friendly and safe budget-minded place that does its best to provide a great experience, then this is the one.
