The hotel was not as good as I expected. The receptionist made me wait until after 5pm to check in, even though the rule was that I could have checked in at 3pm. Also, the breakfast was too limited and not worth it. On the other hand, the male staff at the Provo restaurant was not friendly and had an insolent attitude towards customers.

Had a great stay at the Ottawa Marriott Hotel. The location is perfect—close to Parliament Hill and downtown attractions. My room was clean, modern, and had a lovely city view. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Would definitely come back next time I’m in Ottawa!

Very nice and clean. Nice and helpful staff members and the restaurant is very good. Some amenities in the room like remote controller and usb port were broken but other than that all was good.

The room was a bit small, and the counter felt like something from an economy hotel. Perhaps as an online platform guest, I was assigned a lower floor room where a huge exhaust fan on the outdoor platform vibrated and made noise clearly audible inside. I got back to the hotel late at night, and my child fell asleep immediately, so I didn't want to complain in the middle of the night. I finally fell asleep after two hours, a really terrible stay. However, the cleaning lady in the morning was excellent; I left my wallet on the table, and she immediately took it to the front desk. Thumbs up for her!
