The hotel is just strategically positioned, close to the airport and downtown. it is just in the middle. Breakfast is good and there are a variety of options. The Rooms are cleaned on a daily basis, are very spacious and items are replenished daily. Staff are welcoming and very ready to help at any time. The area is quite too though the facility is on a busy street. I would recommend everyone I know to stay at this hotel whenever they visit Ottawa.

Clean comfy rooms and great breakfast options! The kids enjoyed the pool (I’d have loved a hot tub but that’s the only thing I’d change ) great hotel great service and rooms.

My family had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Front desk staff were amazing. The Cleaner came to knock  the door at 11:45am and as soon as she knocked she opened the door with her key. She didn’t even wait 30 seconds for a response….keep in mind check out is 12noon so we still had 15 minutes to gather our things still. This was the only down side but that’s the error of one single worker so I would stay at this same hotel again whenever I travel to Ottawa.

The whole hotel is immaculately clean, including the lobby on a messy winter day. The rooms are big and breakfast is simple but great. Staffs are uniformly friendly and competent. We have stayed here before and will definitely be back. Eddie

A very spacious family room for 4 adults. The room rate has already included buffet breakfast and free parking. The buffet breakfast has various selections, which is the most enjoyable hotel breakfast I came across in Canada. Value for money. Highly recommended for any visitor who plans to stay in Ottawa.

I really loved staying at any Residence Inn Marriott Hotel because it is very clean and the staff are always friendly. We did not have breakfast this time when we stayed in Ottawa because we have to catch on early flight but I bet the breakfast is always good.

The food at the hotel is exceptionally good, offering a delightful variety that caters to all tastes. The service is attentive and friendly, ensuring a pleasant dining experience. Additionally, the hotel environment is inviting and well-maintained, creating a relaxing atmosphere that enhances the overall enjoyment of my stay.
