Safety: It’s next to a safe injection shelter, so no matter morning or night — be careful don’t walk alone! People are sitting/walking/wandering around the area which somewhat scared me. Parking: They DO NOT have enough parking, when I was there to check in at around 4, I was told parking was full. I need to park somewhere else. They recommend me to a nearby parking (which looks cringy — and people said cars got broken in last week) My car wasn’t a luxurious car so I was lucky I guess. Breakfast: It can get really crowded during breakfast time. Not enough seating. Food was okay though!

1. The breakfast options were very limited. A greater variety would significantly improve the experience. 2. One of the male reception staff members was quite rude. Staff should be polite, courteous, and welcoming—a simple smile can go a long way in creating a positive atmosphere. 3. It was disappointing to see that the welcome packet was only given to selected guests during check-in. This inconsistent treatment does not reflect well on guest service. 4. The location was not ideal, and the area outside the hotel felt unsafe, especially at night. 5. On a positive note, the room itself was very good—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. 6. The room servicing staff was very friendly

Hotel is new and spacious only the parking is very dusty. The hotel should clean their parking.

Great location. We walked to Parliament Hill and other sites from the hotel. Very good breakfast with a decent selection of hot and cold items. Would stay here again.

Service was good. The location is good except for the way you have to enter the parking lot outside of the hotel. The room was big and very clean. Could have definitely been a better seating setup for the breakfast. But it was a good visit and I’ll definitely be back. I’d love to take advantage of the terrace in the summer time.

Comfortable and walking distances to By Ward and historical sites around the Parliament and Rideu Locks. Stayed 3 days and 2 nights. Secured parking available at 18 CAD per day which still cheaper if use public pay parking

Room was clean and comfortable. There was a pull out couch in the room that was convenient to use and comfortable as well. Parking in the hotel underground parking lot is NOT included. It was another expense on top of the price for the room. I would of like to see it be included or less than $15.
