Just needed hotel for one night. Easy check, check out. Clean room, well appointed. Met all of our needs. Would recommend to others

This hotel will always remain my go to in the west end off Ottawa. It is always clean and the staff is very friendly.

As a stopover hotel, it is not bad. The price is not cheap and it is clean and sanitary.

The hotel is very new, the room is big enough, the breakfast is good, the children like it very much

It is a good choice for family travel, the price is not high, we booked a room type with breakfast, double bed room + a sofa bed, the room is clean and tidy, and the overall experience is not bad.

Everything was good as usual but except one thing AGAIN!!! One staff member, every time I go to this hotel, parks his red Tesla in one of the charging station for cars. I was not able to charge my car because all the chargers were taken by clients of the hotel except one by a staff member of the hotel. It is unacceptable that a staff takes one of the charger. It should be limited to the clientele of the hotel. This is the third time it happened to me. It is always the same staff member. I complained to the staff at the hotel and nothing was done. I might think of going to another hotel next time.

we went for a Sens game great location nice sized rooms very comfy bed downsides - water pressure sucks, hallways were freezing and as it shares a parking lot with a restaurant and we had to drive around for 10 min trying to wait for an open spot, that definitely was NOT good. not enough parking others were complaining too.

Clean and very nice quiet room - brand new and nice features such as a nice sitting area within our room and a huge TV. Bar /lounge area in the hotel very inviting. Issues: Shower dripped and made a loud noise overnight. The free breakfast was not very good (eggs were really inedible, and even the bagels were poor) but this is typical with these "free" breakfasts. Hotel is located in an industrial park, so not a lot around it except there is a great adjacent pub. It location advantage is simply being near the 416 (but not so close to get the noise).

Wonderful spot and beautifully appointed. Would have liked to have body lotion available in the bathroom but other than that great stay and welcomed our two pups.

For the price paid, it was not what I was expecting, Bathroom was Dirty, Staff was snobby, the last day of your stay the Wifi is shut off despite not checking out until 11am, I have never felt more unwelcome in Ottawa. I will not be staying at Hyatt place in Ottawa west and will be recommending against it. Go stay at a Best Western and save yourself atleast $150 a night for a more pleasant experience.

Comfortable and clean and well-appointed room. One of the nicest mid-level chain hotels we’ve stayed at. Good breakfast covers all bases but a gluten free option and dairy-free milk would be next-level. Friendly-enough front desk staff. Using names of guests at check in and out would elevate the experience beyond competitors...Thank you

Nice west end location, easy to get to and lots eatery’s nearby. Very convenient to 417 and 416. Breakfast was basic buffet style, but certainly ok.

The room was clean and comfortable. The room was not ready for 3:00 check in and had to wait an extra hour. Breakfast was ok but not great.

Very nice rooms for a great price. Nice hotel and close to the Canadian Tire Center. The breakfast was fine. However, not a lot of options for eating past 10PM and it wasn’t possible to have ustensiles.
