I stayed at Hotel Maya for one night and did not enjoy the stay. The rooms and bathrooms are extremely dated and I had to kill two bugs/flies with a towel within 10 minutes of entering the room. Toiletries are basic - a bar of soap and toilet paper. There is a bar and a restaurant (separate) on the premises. Wi-fi only works at the bar - not in the rooms, not in the restaurant, not by the pool or anywhere else. Dinner in the restaurant was decent but overpriced, especially for a vegetarian meal consisting of vegetables and rice.

Very enjoyable stay in a beautiful environment, well tended gardens full of colourful flowers. Staff were friendly and attentive. On the downside there were renovation works going on, resurfacing the paths and steps. Work started early in the morning so the experience was less restful than expected. This is the reason we could not rate the hotel higher. Other than that everything was good

Hotel yen na pa.... Couverture il n'y en a pas! Oreiller : il n'y en a pas Jus d'orange : il n'y en a pas Rose, vin il n'y en a pas Accueil : personne désagréable à la reception Restaurant : nourriture froide, pas de choix, salle ressemblant à une cantine. Dommage car l'endroit est beau, personnel gentil excepté à la réception où on semble déranger le réceptionniste qui regarde un film , son de la télévision extrêmement fort! Nous décidons d'écourter notre séjour.

Points forts :
Personnel très accueillant, serviable et gentil. Cadre paradisiaque, grande piscine, plage magnifique mais merite d'être réaménagée. Restauration très bonne avec des produits frais et des fruits succulents.
Points faibles : chambres trop basique un bout de savon aux toilettes, serviettes, tv et clim comme matériel, pas de téléphone pour appeler l'accueil ou le restaurant, lit double trop petit, les matelas des transats autour de la piscine à renouveler et inclure le nettoyage des transats/hamac/table/chaise à côté de la plage dans le ménage quotidien. Ils sont en rénovation continues donc on espère que tous ces points seront réglés pour la prochaine fois car on compte y repasser.
C'est un endroit pour se reposer et bien manger, lire, nager, se promener, respirer de l'air pure sinon l'hôtel ne propose aucune activité touristique mais nous avions organisé nous même notre itinéraire de visite.

Etablissement propre proposant des chambres d'un très bon standing et avec du personnel très agréable. Au niveau de la restauration, un excellent rapport qualité-prix vient compléter de très bonnes prestations.
