TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. We were informed that this apartment was closed when we were already on the way to Oxford. The place had been booked with us for a month and they told us the morning of our stay that they could no longer accommodate us. They’re more than happy to take £621 of our money but we are still waiting for a refund!! Not only that but we had to argue for 2+ hours to get our money back AND the apartment is still appearing available to book online!!! DO NOT BOOK HERE

DO NOT BOOK THIS APARTMENT. Me and my friends had this booked for over a month, and then 2 hours before we was checking in they phoned to say that they have cancelled this apartment due to it not being open!!!! It’s been shut since 2020! THEY TOOK £621 of my money. £250 of that being a safety deposit the day before and speaking to three people at platinum pillows and numerous emails from them they did not say anything about the apartment being shut!!! So now being 3 hours away from Oxford with no place to sleep and they won’t accommodate me anywhere else and they still have £621 of my money. DO NOT BOOK

A last minute change was required due to a maintenance problem at the apartment originally booked. A nearby alternative equal to the original was provided at no extra charge. 20 minute bus to center of Oxford.
