The Randolph Hotel Oxford, a Graduate by Hilton

Location: The hotel is on a main street, but surprisingly, the rooms aren't noisy. The hotel itself is located within a ZEZ (Zero Emission Zone), meaning you'd normally pay a £2 carbon emission charge if you drive a petrol car through it. However, the main entrance is situated just outside the ZEZ. So, if you approach the hotel from the north, you won't incur the charge. There's no on-site parking, but they offer valet parking for £48 per day. Room: The room itself was excellent (perhaps because we booked a more expensive room type). The interior was well-appointed, and the facilities were complete and functional. The room key cards are designed like business cards of famous Oxford University alumni, and you can even take them home as souvenirs. However, the hotel's interior is incredibly convoluted! It's like a maze… The front desk assigned us a room quite far inside, so it took a long time to navigate there, and there were many stairs to go up and down. This was really inconvenient for us, especially with large suitcases. Dining: The restaurant environment is quite nice. Breakfast is buffet-style, but you can also order additional items à la carte for an extra charge. The selection is diverse, and the food tastes quite good.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, and the rooms are luxuriously decorated with a charming British flair, perfect for photos. The hygiene is good, and the shower design is well-thought-out. The hotel staff are very service-minded, and the in-room amenities are generously stocked. The hotel's public facilities are comprehensive, and both the breakfast and afternoon tea are delicious. I'm very satisfied!

The hotel is beautiful and its location is fantastic. It's just around the corner from Oxford's main road, and the bus stop for Bicester Village is right outside the hotel, which is super convenient. Getting back to the hotel from Bicester by taxi is also a short ride.

Overall, this hotel is pretty good. The facilities are excellent, and the location is easy to find. The hotel is very clean, and the environment is also quite satisfactory. The service attitude is superb. Highly recommended!

The room key card was very unique. The Alice breakfast was a delightful surprise, and the lobby on the first floor had a nice ambiance. There's a museum right across from the hotel, and a bus stop next to it with service to Bicester Village, and apparently even to Blenheim Palace. The only minor drawback is that it's a bit far from the train station.

The room was a bit small and the bed was quite soft. I could hear people walking in the hallway. Overall, it was acceptable, but not particularly comfortable.

The facilities are old, and the bathroom soundproofing is very poor.
