1) I love Old Bank! I stayed there for a week. 2) I loved it so much that I extended my stay at the hotel reception for another day, only to find it was significantly more expensive than the price I booked through Ctrip. It seems Ctrip is still the best choice for booking overseas hotels. 3) I hope Ctrip can improve the interactive review experience for customers. Actually, before I booked this hotel, I saw a comment below from a guest who left their luggage at the hotel, but didn't open it and went straight to the airport to check it in. Upon returning to China, they discovered their valuables were missing from their luggage. They assumed it must have been stolen while they were checking it in at the hotel. I really wanted to reply to that comment, but unfortunately, I can't. It's highly likely that the guest's luggage was stolen at the airport. I don't know if their flight back to China has a connecting flight; if so, the chances are even higher. This is far more likely than the hotel staff opening your checked luggage and taking your belongings. You might have been more effective if you contacted the airline and the airport immediately. I've experienced this myself. Overall, I think the chances of this happening at Old Bank are very low.

It doesn't deserve five stars; it's just at the level of a budget hotel.

The room was clean and tidy, and the big bed was comfortable. However, the sound insulation on the upper floors was very poor, and it felt like the bottom of the building was about to fall.

The location is excellent, right on High Street, opposite St. Mary's Cathedral; the room is newly renovated, the layout is pleasing to the eye, and the bedding is comfortable; the service is warm and thoughtful, and there is a small backyard with free parking. Recommended!

I left my luggage at the hotel front desk for two hours, and then went to the airport for a flight back home in the evening. When I returned home and opened my suitcase, I found that the Burberry card holder I bought the night before had been stolen. Because the card holder was still there when I packed my luggage, and the suitcase had only been left at the front desk for two hours, I was very sure that it was stolen by the hotel staff. After reporting it to Ctrip and contacting the hotel, it was fruitless. To be honest, the distance was so far, and I didn't expect to find it back, but as a star hotel, such a thing actually happened, I was very speechless. This is my first time to comment on a hotel as a Ctrip member, and I must let everyone know the real situation. I hope that when Ctrip recommends hotels, the safety of foreign hotels should at least be put first.

The location is excellent. The room is small but new. The breakfast is too expensive for 30 yuan per person. Slippers are provided. The service attitude is good. The parking lot is behind the hotel. Free parking is required. You need to contact the parking lot in advance for directions.

The hotel has an excellent location, artistic style, relatively new room facilities, very clean and tidy, and it was a pleasure to stay! Check in at 15:00. We arrived early. We originally planned to store our luggage first, but we were allowed to check in directly. Thank you very much!

The location of the hotel is unique, but the only drawback is that the rooms are very small.
