The service was ok ,the house lady tried to please the customer ,the breakfast was ok too,,room temperature was moderate of the room.

Room ok .but shower room very small . Cereal & toast plus yoghurt breakfast no hot choices

Place is alright but needs refurbishing.

Adam guest  house is an excellent choice with a really good & convenience location. Only 30 mins walk to Oxford city, bus take 10-15 mins , a lot supermarket & dining places just cross the road. Host is friendly.

Room is pretty clean, which is same as the pictures. my friends and I are very satisfy. Householders are enthusiastic, offering a slap-up breakfast. Recommend to add grain into yogurt!

I liked it; it's a nice area away from the center. They provide your own towels. The tap water is separate. The room has a kettle and toiletries.

Although it's a bit far from the city center, there's a bus stop right next door, just a 2-minute walk away. The renovations took some time, but the space is very large. Breakfast starts at 8 am every morning, a standard Western-style breakfast. Overall, the price-performance ratio is acceptable, and there's a convenience store downstairs.

First of all, let's talk about the price. It's very cheap and warm. It's owned by a Chinese and the lady boss is very welcoming. Although the room is small, the hygiene is very good. There are several supermarkets just outside the door, which is very convenient.

The hotel is located in Summertown, a relatively wealthy area in Oxford. The town is beautiful and you can walk to Oxford in 30 minutes. There is a bus to Oxford Station at the hotel entrance. The hotel facilities and sanitation services can only be said to be average, because it is cheap

I really like this small family-style hotel run by a Chinese owner. The proprietress is very attentive to the decoration. The corner of the restaurant is also very cozy. The color of the room is very eye-catching. If you choose a room near the road, it will not be noisy and the sunshine is very good. The hot water in the bathroom is very hot. I am satisfied to have such a safe and warm room when I go out. I am grateful to the landlady for her enthusiastic help. Seeing my many salutes, she immediately let me sit on the first floor and went out to help call a taxi. I am grateful for sharing her life experience in the UK for more than ten years. Thank you for meeting me!
