The hotel is located on the outskirts of Oxford, but since Oxford isn't that big, it's quite convenient to drive there. The hotel environment is very good; the facilities, cleanliness, and service are all decent. Breakfast is also quite rich, making it a good choice for a vacation. However, the price fluctuation is too significant. I originally booked a room for one night, but due to a change in plans, I needed to extend my stay for another day. To my surprise, booking the same room just a few days apart resulted in a price increase of over 900 yuan. Speechless!

The room was tiny, and despite booking a River room, the hotel gave me a Garden room with no view of the Thames whatsoever. When I spoke to the front desk, they just said they were fully booked, and their attitude was terrible! They put me in a room right next to a staff work area, and the constant opening and closing of doors throughout the night severely disrupted my sleep! Plus, there was clutter piled up outside my room door; the management is clearly disorganized! For a hotel that costs over 4000 RMB a night, this is absolutely ridiculous! The hotel breakfast was also very underwhelming, with very few options. This was by far the worst hotel of my entire trip!

The environment here is absolutely stunning, like a beautiful manor straight out of a fairytale. It's also super convenient, with a 3A bus stop just a short walk away, taking you right to the heart of Oxford city center. I'm really looking forward to bringing my kids next time for a wonderful manor experience!

I booked a king-size room, but the actual room size was pretty average. The hotel staff were really nice. It happened to be Mid-Autumn Festival during my stay, and when a staff member found out, they provided us with a private dining area, which was very convenient for our celebration.

The room was great and the surroundings were beautiful, perfect for running and hiking.

The hotel is about a 10-minute drive from Oxford's main street. It's a historic building with renovated interiors. The bed was very comfortable and the air conditioning was excellent! The garden bar and spa were both lovely and relaxing, perfect for recharging during the trip. The restaurant was also good, and the staff were polite and friendly. Excellent value for money!

I was unhappy with the front desk service. The person serving me didn't even smile and messed up my booking. I had already paid on the platform, but they still asked me to pay again. After realizing their mistake, they didn't even say sorry. Everything else was great, though.

During my stay, all the hotel staff were very enthusiastic and professional. When speaking, they were mindful of the language barrier and made sure I understood all their explanations. The hotel's breakfast, environment, facilities, and transportation are all excellent. I will definitely come again.
