The weather was amazing. The spot was gorgeous. Everything was clean ,great to know they had metal utensils, pots, and pans and plateware so you didn’t have to bring extra. The neighborhood was nice and quiet enough for you to enjoy the amazing views by the beach and the staff is very nice.

1. We were locked out of our room the first evening. Went and called the number on the door, got a phone tree, stayed on hold for 13 minutes, tried calling again. The property manager poked her head out the window only because she heard us trying to get in. She was very nice and quick to resolve the issue.
2. We had a hot tub - it was not pictured on the website, nor were we prepared to get it in. It was nice and clean.
3. We had a $25 a day "resort fee" - not sure for what-- maybe the free popsicles they handed out one afternoon at 2?
4. The towels for this "resort" looked and felt like old pool towels from Motel 6. The coffee pot was not clean, there was no dish detergent for the dishwasher, the remote did not work in one of the bedrooms.
5. NO housekeeping at all. We were there three nights.

Loved having washing machine and dryer access. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Very nice to have personal hottub. Hot tub setting could have been warmer. The dishwasher did not seem to work when i was trying to clean up befor checkout. My room was not ready at 4:00 when I arrived at check in so I had to do other things, but I was allowed to check out a little later. All in all would stay agin

Comfortable. Minor improvements would be softer towels and hangers for clothes. Appliances are on the old side and make a lot of noise. But very convenient to beach and Channel Islands National Park.

Nice two day stay within a minute from walks along the beach. The private hot tub was excellent. Very quiet and relaxing property.
