貝拉帕斯修道村的接待工作人員非常熱情。我們到了我們的小別墅,發現是個雙人床,那時我們定的是兩個單人床;一個電話,哈森就三個別墅一路幫我們搬家,行李也是通過賽德很快的到達了。 我們在含早餐酒店住了11天,在酒店吃了四次飯;戴安娜牛排(雖然不是同一配方像在英國用的)是一流的。接待人員提供的信息(麗莎,哈森和馬斯塔帕)非常有用且信息豐富無論是推薦餐館,参觀的地方還是只是電話叫車。 同樣要表揚餐館和酒吧的員工;梅頓?,穆罕默德,喬伊斯,穆罕默德,馬克,賽義德,都永遠不會忘記一個偏好或房間號碼! 清潔員工很好的完成工作,保持卧室,休息室和浴室乾淨整潔。友好的園丁也做的很棒。 我們住宿唯一的缺點就是樓梯;那裡有很多樓梯--遠超出我們想象,我們找到了替代路線在樓梯周圍,有個巨大的斜坡,通過泳池區的道路進入餐館。我有膝蓋壞了,我丈夫有一個腳踝破了! 我們會再次住在這裏如果我們能住在斜坡下面遠的多的地方。
