The most beautiful hotel in Pachuca, I was in 2006 and I come back in 2019, 2020, 2021 and now... The people in this hotel is fantastic! I feel in home. I was for 6 months with all my team from Canada. I really highly recommend this hotel 🍁🇨🇦🏩

Location: the location was nearby the train station (10 min walk) and relatively near the centro historico (20 min walk). Breakfast: the breakfast was awful ! You get the choice between fruit & juice (don’t choose the fruit as ‘the melon’ is as dry as hell). The coffee tastes bad. The ‘molletes’ were the worst Mexican food I had on my 3 week trip. Room & Bed: Very large room & bed. Very hard bed. Enough closet space. (good) coffee machine present. Bathroom: The bathroom / toilet are clean. Amenities present. Personnel: Very friendly staff. Speak English! Very helpful. 10/10! WiFi: Strong WiFi Overall: Considering the price I paid I would give the hotel a score of 7/10. Breakfast should be better!

Un hotel bien ubicado con habitaciones remodeladas, amplias y baños espaciosos, aire acondicionado y escritorio. Contiguo un Sanborns con tienda, bar y restaurante full. Nos dieron servicio de desayuno con un amplio menu. Su gerente nos dio un excelente trato para nuestro grupo

Todo muy bien a excepción del valet parking hoy que saque mi vehículo no me percate al momento pero al buscar unas vitaminas y dinero que traia ya no los encontré, para la próxima no haré entrega de mi vehículo o lo dejaré en el estacionamiento de afuera

Excelente atención del personal, todos muy amables. La limpieza impecable y las habitaciones amplias y muy cómodas. El desayuno en el restaurante delicioso. Además el hotel está muy bien ubicado, con tiendas y plazas muy cerca. Lo recomiendo ampliamente.

Los empleados del hotel son muy atentos, dan opciones favorables que te dejan satisfecho con el servicio. En cuestión de entretenimiento, deberían tener en las habitaciones pantallas smart-tv, en las que puedas conectarte en aplicaciones streaming o con la posibilidad de conectarte a internet. eso les daría un plus en su servicio.
