Rocky Plaza Hotel Padang Reviews

The room was not as described in the booking. I was supposed to get a room with a window view, but I was given a room with no window view. The room was dirty, old, and poorly maintained. Some of the listed amenities were also not provided. wifi is slow, hot water is cold

Excellent service with delicious food... the outdoor pool is decent, but the water needs to be changed more often... but overall, it's great!

Good location, looked so so from outside, but inside it's good interior, good service. The location and service it's the biggest highlight. Bed also comfortable and the room is quite big for a small family. Near to a lot of places in Padang Town.

Comfortable and clean hotel, the room is also spacious. Highly recommended for those looking for a hotel in Padang to consider this as an option for their stay.

No ironing board set in room. This is very important to female.Need ironing shawl etc.Dear Hotel Mngt, please consider to provide it upon customer request. Others OK.

The hotel is nice and clean but room service is not helpful. I wanted to call for a room service but no one answered. I called all service number including receptionist but no answer 🥲 I need to get down to the receptionist to get to talk to them. So far I enjoyed staying in this hotel.

The kids absolutely loved swimming on the 5th floor! Highly recommend for families with young children.

Very good in service. Breakfast also good. The room nice and clean

Got a room without a window, and the hot water wasn't working, but the service was OK!!!

It was quite memorable, the place was cool and lively. The only thing is the elevator is a bit tricky to find.

Location near to everyting! Service the best. Faster check in& out.

Mantul, recommended,nyaman,ramah, bersih, terjangkau.

Not really a hotel for couples but ok for the price

Great hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful
