The hotel enjoy a seafront view. You could hear wave pounding all night which is a music to the ears. Room is spacious and clean. Pillow and bed is super comfy. Plus sunset view is superb

Great location with beautiful view and great customer service. Breakfast not so great, best to bring your own toiletries and no hot water in the morning. Overall stay is good, great AirCon, comfy bed.

The location is excellent very close to the beach, just right in front of the hotel. The room truly matches the price of a 4-star hotel..What I loved most was the pillow..it was very comfortable and softer compared to other 4-star hotels I’ve stayed at.. Just one criticism Trip.com should double-check with the hotel in the future about the actual check-in time at Ocean Beach Hotel Padang. That said, the Trip.com staff were very helpful in handling the confusion

The sea is right in front of you, and the view from the rooftop is spectacular. It's disappointing that even though I paid the deposit by card, it's only refunded in cash. They won't even let me cancel the reservation. Due to card fees and exchange rate fluctuations, I'm still slightly at a loss even with the cash refund.
