I had a great stay!!! Loved the staff, very hospitable from the moment I got out of the car up to checking in until the day i checked out! Will definitely stay here again!!! I loved the room as well, very spacious and comfortable!

I had a great stay at Mercure. The room was very clean, tidy and spacious. I loved the design - very modern but still very Indonesian. The staff was very accommodating. My friend and I arrived at the hotel a little after midnight since our flight landed at 11pm. We messaged previously about this and they were very pleasant and had us checked in within 2 minutes of arrival, no fuss at all. The breakfast selection was great too. There was a good mix of Indonesian food and the usual Western spread. Lovely experience overall! Will definitely come back again in the future.

The room is good .however breakfast area is not so good. As people keep passing by from the pool walk in the indoor breakfast are in swimwear.

Everything was great. We really like the room design and its cleanliness. A short walk from big mall and restaurants. Bfast taste and variations are ok. Will come back for sure

The room is comfortable especially when you bring kids. The water pressure in the shower is amazing. Breakfast was varied from local to western food, our family is so happy with the breakfast. Also their service is awesome. Would be back to stay here in the future.

The room was as beautiful as the pictures and it was such a wonderful stay! Hotel staff were polite and helpful, and the hotel is located right beside a mall. Access to other malls and locations were easily accessible by grab as well so no complaints. Would definitely stay here again in future!

Not really good, since the doble bed is just combined single bed, room are not sound proof, price are consider quite expensive since the experience are not very pleasant. Just have good location because it’s nearby aeon mall.
