Bad, Bad and Bad. Please do not stay here at this hotel. Here's why: - Location was 800+ meters from the walking street, that was Okay. The Hotel looked large and good from the street but we were very, very disappointed when we checked in. The room was not clean and no room service for the two nights that we stayed. The shower had no screen between the shower and the toilet, and was very slippery, so they had rubber slippers in the shower for us to use so we did not slip. There was no safe in the room or at reception. We had to carry our passports and cash everywhere we went because the window that did not have a fly screen did not lock. No Tea or coffee facilities in the room, it was at reception with no milk or creamer. The breakfast spread was bread, with toast facilities, and boiled egg. I asked for and an omelet and was told "No have". There were only a selection of two fruits in little quantities, watermelon and pineapple with ants crawling everywhere. Although we paid for two breakfasts we skipped our second morning because of disappointment. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. STAFF AT THIS HOTEL WERE NOT HELPFUL. We were so disappointed so we did not take any photos. I wish I had.

Room is clean and overall the hotel is very utilitarian - convenient location, reasonable rates, and the gym is also decent.

Excellent place for the price. It isn’t like some of the other places that are directly in town, but it’s like a 10 minute walk to get to the center of Pai. Kind staff and great amenities.

The location is far from the town center. The hotel is clean and the service staff is very friendly. It was just that there was no air conditioning when I first entered the room. Later I changed rooms and the air conditioning was very noisy. Even if the air conditioning was turned off, there was some unknown machine roaring outside, making it difficult to sleep. There is no dry and wet separation between showering and toilet in the bathroom, which is also very inconvenient. The overall feeling is still a bit poor and needs to be improved.

The room facilities are old, there is no trash can or slippers in the room.

Next to the main road, convenient parking, very clean Going to stay on the 1st floor, the bathroom smells up from the pipe. no breakfast no restaurant
