This hotel has contracted the memory of the children, and it is also the reason why my father and I like the slow-paced country style to recommend this hotel: 1. Hotel independent villa 🏡 2. The morning is rich, very chic and meticulous, and the scenery is beautiful, and I feel like I’m alive. In the fairy tale world 3. There is a farm where you can feed sheep, cows, and horses, these are the favorites of children 4. There is also a little yellow dog to watch the house, which is a warm puppy 5. Free night market pick-up and drop-off from the hotel, Time point is 5:00 or 6:00 pm, and the return journey is 8:00 or 9:00 pm 6. There is a coffee shop of its own, and the environment is very good. Reasons: 1. The hotel’s lights are too dark, the air conditioner is too cold, and the bath water is not hot enough 2. There are more mosquitoes 3. Once the room is booked and paid, the money cannot be refunded and the date cannot be changed (it can be one month in advance, but not within one month, this time I will lose the money for the room for two days) 4. Check out time is too early 11:00

Nice little property with bungalows laid out over an extensive garden. The bungalows are a bit dated, the crt TVs in the bedroom would attest to that. Big pool area which unfortunately we didn’t get the chance to use. The bed a bit on the harder side for a farang. The property is a couple of kilometers away from town. The place is quiet but be prepared to hear a rooster in the morning, which is probably true for 90% of the properties in Pai. The staff very friendly and nice. Wifi worked off and on during our stay.

Fantastic views but a bit out the way from all the action of the main walking street. Despite the fact it’s away from all the hustle and bustle expect to be woken during the night by birds and animals from outside the room.

This resort is perfectly located a few short miles from the busy activity of Pai town and major tourist attractions. The bungalows are spread across the landscaped terraces, separated by flowering trees and fish ponds. The resort sits among the rice fields of the Pai River valley, with views of mountain ranges on two sides. The setting is peaceful -- with the sounds of tree frogs, wild birds, geckos and the occasional farm animal providing a natural orchestra. The new owner, Vanda, is a fantastic hostess and goes out of her way to make sure your stay is comfortable and you have the information you need to make the most out of Pai's many attractions. In Jan 2023 the resort installed new, spring mattresses and upgraded internet service and wifi technology to the best available in Thailand. The free, high-speed wifi service is available resort-wide, making the Pond Terrace a perfect shared workspace for digital nomads and those traveling for work. The breakfast options (included in the price) included Muesli with yogurt or honey, French Toast, or full American Breakfast. Fresh tropical fruit from local farms is included with each. Finally, the coffee options included American coffee, espresso, cappuccino, latte made from freshly ground coffee beans from northern Thailand. We have lived and travelled in Thailand for 8 years. This resort ticks all the boxes! We will return--often!
