Amenities is great, washing machine that comes with dryer function, fridge and freezer, aircon, tv with Netflix and Disney. Room is quiet too. Location is okay, a lot of restaurants nearby, a huge daiso at starfield and walking distance to train station. it’s quite far away from tourist attractions, having to transfer two to three times via bus or train. But u can go to gimpo/ incheon airport easily via train. Room is generally clean except that there was a thick layer of dust in toilet, a strand of hair on bed and cup water marks on table. They can help to store your luggage too. Provide two bottles of water a day, towel and shower stuff but need to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste (charging for 2k won).

We stayed for a concert. Arrived there, the place was clean. We have a really good view. The bed is amazing, lots of appliances available. The shower is a bit small... but very korean I might say. Shower and toilet all together in one place. But very clean. And really good spot. We have a CU right down the hotel to buy a T-money card or charge it before taking the bus right next to it. The tram is a bit further down the street. 10-15min by foot. But nothing too far. And coming back after the concert at midnight to 1AM, lots of restaurants are still open around there. Would highly recommend this place again.

It was a nice visit!

The view is pretty good from the balcony, but the room is a bit old and the roof of the balcony is full of spider nets and insects. It is quite close to the Yandang Station (5 mins walk). There is a washing machine in the property, so you could wash your clothes at the end of the day
