Great location, easy to get around, and very safe. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and felt very private. It came with a full range of amenities, and the free minibar was a nice touch, plus you could grab more complimentary items from the common area. My only suggestions would be to add more tissues, cotton swabs, and facial wipes.

Staying at PAMA Khaoyai Pool Villa 2 felt welcoming from the moment we arrived ✨🤩 The decor is lovely, with soothing colors that create a very relaxing atmosphere. The bathroom was clean and tidy, and the upstairs bedroom had a stunning view. The bed was incredibly comfortable. There's a private pool perfect for chilling out, and the surrounding area is quiet and peaceful, ideal for escaping the hustle and bustle. There's a convenience store right by the entrance, which is very convenient. The butler's service was impressive, with unlimited snacks. It's a place where I felt truly comfortable and would definitely want to return 💙

攜程描述有24小時前台，但是晚上六點後就沒人了！英語服務也僅限於基礎單詞加手勢。住了兩晚兩卧別墅，第二晚兩個浴室就衹給一個地巾？ 退房的時候竟然懷疑我們偷浴巾？雖然後麪他們自己在房間裏找到了，但是被懷疑偷浴巾也是無語了！入住提示有罰款的提示，罰款這個用詞感覺看了不是很友好！環境除了本別墅之外都是破破的農房，顯得非常突兀！街道有很多散養的狗，沒有車的話院子門都不敢出，衹適合有車自駕並且自理能力非常強的朋友，需要有服務的朋友不推薦！ 這個不算酒店，衹能説是民宿！

1. 房間地板衞生不過關，白襪子半小時黑到洗不乾淨 2. 服務時間衹有早晨7-晚上6點。其他時間是沒有工作人員的。即便你的廁所裏沒有廁紙了，也沒有辦法。 3. 我們住了兩個晚上，廁紙沒有補充。衞生間地墊第二天也消失了。 4. 酒店交通不便利。一定要自駕才可以考慮 5. 存在亂收費問題 6. 我們這次包了四套別墅，一定要避雷五號和一號別墅。水太臟了 根本無法游泳
