The photos looked appealing, but the reality was very different. The rooms were just average, and the service was unacceptable. I booked a 5‑day stay and requested something special for our anniversary, yet nothing was prepared. At other hotels, even a small gesture such as a greeting card is offered, but here there was absolutely nothing.
From morning until afternoon, there was no Wi‑Fi. By 8 p.m., the water supply was cut off. I tried calling reception more than 10 times before someone finally answered around 9 p.m. Later, at about 11 p.m., reception called our room to suggest moving to a villa—disturbing us in the middle of the night when everyone was already asleep.
There were no bathrobes in the room, and I had to call to request them. The children’s activities were outdated and poorly maintained, and there was no proper space for cycling, making it unenjoyable. Thick layers of dust, especially under the beds and even on the water bottles, made the room feel unhygienic. The plates provided at breakfast were dirty and chipped, which was unacceptable for a hotel of this standard.
Overall, there was very little to do at this resort. The experience was a major disappointment, especially after being misled by their marketing and reviews. Do not be deceived by their promotional materials.
