I was very impressed, very impressed. From the moment I entered the hotel, the staff were incredibly helpful. They were all smiles and gave great recommendations. The room was clean and cozy.

The hotel environment at The Yard @ Khaoyai is indeed tranquil and serene, and the outdoor pool is a major highlight. The spacious rooms are definitely a plus. However, the facilities are noticeably outdated, which impacted our stay. The bathroom floor drain consistently emitted an unpleasant odor, and the TV was an old CRT model. These details suggest a lack of proper hotel maintenance. Overall, if you're primarily looking for a peaceful environment and spacious accommodations, and you don't have high expectations for modern facilities, this place might be worth considering. But if you're particular about room details and hygiene, I'd recommend looking at other options.
