I didn't have high expectations for cleanliness, as this was a tent in a Thai summer resort and tourist area. However, the room and bathroom were actually very clean, and other guests weren't noisy, making for a comfortable stay. One minor issue was that the toilet was only separated by a curtain, which I've reflected in my rating. While it wasn't a problem during my stay, I imagine it could be an issue with noise or smell for those staying multiple nights.

We had a 2-night stay at this residence, the experience was far from welcoming or convenient. On the first day we arrived in the evening. It was not clear where the check-in area was on the hotel's large grounds — guests are left to find the reception building on their own without any instructions. There are posters with a phone number around the area, but not at the entrance, which we found odd. Also, if a guest is visiting Thailand for the first time, how are they supposed to have a Thai phone number to call? Very strange. Thankfully, I had a Thai SIM card, so I was able to call the advertised number and reached an evening staff member who seemed to be a teenage girl (or at least looked very young). We were talking about my check-in and we were outside. During our converstaion she received a phone call and became busy with whoever was on the line. It took at least 5 minutes. I had to wait outside in the heat while she finished her call, all while I was carrying two heavy backpacks and a bag. No one offered to help. I couldn't even put my things down anywhere to keep them off the ground. Eventually, she escorted me to the tent. Unfrotunately, instead of providing service and showing me to my tent, she was busy with a another person, who called her. I had to stay there and wait for her to finish the call, even though I had 2 heavy beackpacks and a bag on me. No assistance were provided. We were outside too, so it was hot and I couldnt put my tjings anywhere to keep them clean from the ground. The tent looked nice in the photos, which is why we booked it. Unfortunately, we didn't check everything before the staff left. Later at night, we discovered the fan did not work, so we sweated through the night — a horrible experience. We couldnt turn on the AC since it faces the bed directly. It was also windy, and since it's a tent, the walls moved constantly and were extremely loud. I thought it would be an interesting experience, but if you value calm, quiet nights, I do not recommend staying in such accommodations AT ALL. The next morning, we woke up early to visit Khao Yai Park. That's when we realized there was no water: not in the toilet, not in the shower, not in the sink. So imagine this: you struggle to find the reception, you drag your luggage there, a teenage girl greets you, you ask for check‑in help, she takes a call and stops serving you, so you wait outside in the Thai heat with heavy bags, and only then are you finally checked in and shown to your room. You sweat through the night because the fan doesn't work. And then in the morning, you can't even shower because there's no water. I tried to reach the hotel staff by phone, but no one answered at 7 am — which might be understandable — but no one called me back later, which is absolutely unprofessional. Why should guests pay for a room with no service, no working fan, and no water? I do not recommend this property. Please consider other options.

This room is ideal if you only need a place to come home to later in the afternoon or evening and leave early morning. Not a place you would want to spend a relaxing day because the room gets unbearibly hot during the day and turning the aircon on does not help as it turns itself off every 5 or so minutes then you have to go and turn it on again. The coolest we could get it was 33 degrees Celsius or around 108 F.

You have to call the reception on the phone for check in and someone will pick you up to your room. The water body outside is not clear and is greenish… Room is very very hot in the afternoon but there’s air con and fan. Breakfast is provided but can’t really communicate well

A last minute, means to an end, booking. They’re pretty cool tents but I’m still a little confused what the place is.
