GGuest UserEstella Khao Yai is a spacious and good-value accommodation option located on the grounds of the Mövenpick resort in Pak Chong. The rooms are extremely large, clean, and well priced for what you get. They feel more like serviced apartments than hotel rooms, with a full-sized kitchen, large bedroom, spacious bathroom, makeup bench, and a pleasant balcony overlooking the west-side garden and water feature. This property suits guests who prefer quiet, non-commercial areas rather than busy tourist zones. It’s a more affordable alternative to Mövenpick next door and offers excellent space and privacy. There is no noise bleed at all from other guests. However, an important note for light sleepers: there are soi dogs in the surrounding area, and they can howl intermittently late into the night, sometimes continuing until around 3am. It’s not constant, but it can be disruptive if you are sensitive to noise. Breakfast is basic and edible but with limited variety. The pool area is clean and benefits from good shade from the adjacent building. Do not stay here unless you have a car. There are no nearby taxis or public transport options. For some this will be inconvenient, but it also keeps the area quiet and free from crowds. The property is within walking distance of Mövenpick’s beautiful gardens and golf course and close to the Ozone area. Bicycles are available for rent, though they are quite basic. Staff are excellent and very welcoming, as expected with Thai hospitality. Overall, this is a very good-value option if you want space, privacy, and don’t mind the remote location — just be aware of potential night-time noise from dogs.
