The accommodation is close to the Impact Arena, which is convenient for commuting and dining. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped. The price is reasonable.

Excellent service! Any questions I had were answered promptly. The room was comfortable, although there was a dead insect, but the owner compensated me for it, which I really appreciated as I wasn't even going to complain or make a big deal out of it.

The room decor is lovely! The hallway entrance was quite narrow, but once you open the door, the room itself is surprisingly spacious and large. It's fully equipped. I stayed for 3 nights and had a great time. The admin (or host) was very quick to respond.

I was looking for accommodation near Sukhothai Thammathirat Open University (STOU) for a graduation ceremony. This place had three beds, a wardrobe, and a kitchen with utensils. It was clean, convenient for transportation, and reasonably priced. However, checking in was a bit difficult as it required communication via email.

The room was incredibly clean! I highly recommend it, great value for money.

This time we got a room on the 7th floor, but we had to take the elevator up to the 8th floor first, then walk down the fire escape stairs to the 7th floor. It was manageable, as the stairs weren't too far from the elevator, and our bags weren't too heavy (we stayed for 3 nights). The accommodation sent the room number and check-in instructions at 12:45 PM, and we checked in at 1 PM. We paid a 400 baht key deposit, which was refunded after check-out. The place was clean, but I was a bit surprised to see cockroach traps placed around the room – though I didn't actually encounter any. The smell wasn't bothersome, so that was fine. They provide shower gel, shampoo, a microwave, fridge, TV, dining table, wardrobe, sofa, and a sink. There are no power outlets by the bedside, and no Wi-Fi. The accommodation is near Cosmo Bazaar, with many food stalls and a 7-Eleven nearby. It's also about a 10-minute walk to IMPACT Arena. If you're too lazy to walk, there are motorcycle taxis available. Overall, it's decent and good value for money.

The room was beautiful, clean, and the bed was large and soft. The air conditioning worked well and everything was as described.

Really good, much better than expected! The location is excellent and easy to find, very close to the venue, just a ten-minute walk away. I felt very safe even by myself.
