Botanic Service Room at Impact Muangthongthani

The room is clean and close to Impact Muang Thong Thani, making it easy to travel. There's a shuttle service to Impact every hour. The staff are polite. At the front of the soi (alley), there are à la carte restaurants, a Mookata (Thai BBQ) place, and chill-out spots.

The front desk staff were quite good. However, if you're relying on public transport, it might be a bit inconvenient as you'll need to transfer to get there. The hotel does offer shuttle services to various locations. The room itself is decent if you're traveling solo, though it's quite small for the price. The bed was incredibly soft and saggy; I've never slept anywhere quite so unsupportive before. But overall, it's okay and suitable for those attending concerts at Impact Arena.

Every staff member provided excellent service. The room was clean and tidy, perfect for travelers looking for a convenient and budget-friendly place to stay. My only issue was the noise. If you're seeking peace and quiet, I wouldn't highly recommend it because there are many restaurants and bars nearby playing music. The walls are also quite thin, so you can hear noise if there are guests in the adjacent rooms. The facilities are quite comprehensive. There's complimentary tea and coffee available as a welcome drink, and you can make it anytime. Frozen food, snacks, and drinks are also available for purchase at the lobby.

Good. The room was super clean and new, and the AC was cold.

The location is convenient and quite close to the BTS Skytrain, plus there's parking available. The staff are generally helpful, but I felt that the staff member who checked me in at night seemed a bit unwilling to serve, unlike the person during the day. Their tone was curt and dismissive. I'm deducting points for service here.

The room is too small and the soundproofing is really poor. If you're a light sleeper, don't choose this one!

The room was pretty clean, though the bathroom lighting was a bit dim. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, answering any questions I had and even helping me exchange coins. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, which is really convenient, and the restaurant downstairs offers a discount if you show your room key. Best of all, it's very close to both the concert venue and the airport.

I stayed here two years ago, and the room has definitely aged since then. It seems like maintenance has been neglected, yet the room rate has gone up. The TV couldn't connect to the internet, and the bathroom floor would flood every time I showered. I could clearly hear staff cleaning the room next door. Overall, considering the increased price and the location being a bit further from Impact Arena, it's probably more convenient for those with a car.
